I had a couple of lypomas removed, one on my forehead and the other on my back. Dr. Sroa is the best!!!With exceptionally talented docs moving to Texas...to the Decatur area is a blessing for all of us. Thank you Dr. Sroa.

Dr. Sroa was able to spot an area by my eye, remove it to have it biopsied. It was basal cell carcinoma and after another appointment, she removed the remaining portion of the edges of the affected area. Did a GREAT job, with virtually no pain.

Such a great experience. Some of the sweetest staff and Dr. I've ever went to. If there is anyone leaving a bad review on this office than they are people that complain about any and everything no place will make them happy. If you are looking a dermatologist that is the perfect experience than this is definitely the place.

Dr Sroa removed a cyst the side of neck the size of an eraser. The doctor was so nice and thorough and she had great bedside manor. Having so many bad doctor experiences, it is refreshing to find a doctor who makes you feel comfortable and like they care. Her stitching was excellent. It has since healed and you can't see anything now. I will say, trying to find the building was very difficult and I grew up here. The tree right in front of the sign in the front makes it hard to find. I was almost late. Doctor was wonderful though

Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. What a waste of time. I drove for over an hour to get here and my GPS stopped working a few miles away from the clinic. It took me longer to find the place bc I’m not from Decatur and I had no route to follow. I arrived 25 minutes late to my appointment. I explained what happened. Tina and Candace didn’t give a s**t. I’ve been trying to get into a dermatologist for 8 months but my insurance is awful when it comes to finding a dermatologist. Nobody accepts it. I finally found a place and left my 2 toddlers and newborn at home with my wife alone. This is not an easy feat that I can just repeat whenever. Tina and Candace don’t care. After 15 minutes they think you just don’t exist anymore. They could easily have let me in. The office was empty. I could have been seen. Instead I’ve wasted my one opportunity to get my hand looked at. It’s been swollen and in pain for months. Nobody here cares. I’ll just go back to my chronic pain and having the uncertainty of not knowing what’s wrong with my hand. Hopefully it’s not too serious. Hopefully it goes away on its own bc there’s nobody here willing to help.

She couldn't tell me anything about my condition. Any decent Dermatologist should be able to identify all types of skin problems. They said be 10 minutes early and I was 20 minutes early and waited 40 minutes after my appointment time until I was seen.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sroa, from the moment she walked into the room she made me feel at ease and comfortable. She was very professional and well as personable. ?????????? Jody Whitten Chillicothe, Ohio I hope she stays at Adena RMC.
