Dr was alright but his staff is horrible. I loved the resident he had with him. She seemed to be only person in the building with any true empathy. I will not be returning. Partially because scheduling is a nightmare. The office staff is unresponsive and nonchalant about my concerns.

Edwards and Kelly are amazing doctors and people, but I give 3 stars because trying to get an appointment is such a pain. They can never get me in until a month or two later. I feel like I am not important because I am not pregnant. All I want is help with infertility so I can get pregnant. Even getting a call back pain is pretty much impossible. I have honestly given up on this office.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to have my first child. Dr. Edwards and the staff are amazing. He listens and answers all questions and never tries to rush you out the door. Bedside manner, communication, all of it is top notch. C-section went great and the discussion/communication at the hospital about needing one unexpectedly went well and walked us through the whole process before, during and after. Dr. Kelly is also beyond amazing. I never knew how important aftercare would have been physically and emotionally. She's there for you all the way and truly wants to be there and support you for whatever you need. Truly cares. Takes her time, never ever pushes me out the door and is just amazing. I owe a lot to her and could never truly express how thankful I am.

I've been trying to schedule an appointment to have a pepsimer since before Christmas of 2022 nobody is answering the freaking phone or calling me back from the Decatur location or the Haslet location. Extremely beyond disappointed.

Absolutely the best OB doctor! Love everything about this dr.! The dedication he provides for his patients is amazing! 11 years of being his patient!

You all will not find a better doctor! Even the staff! Everyone in there is kind, understanding, compassionate, and with a dedication so pure to makes things right and that things go smoothly! I delivered my Daughter on July 4th and I'm glad all staff enjoyed the moment with us. It's not only my hard work but their's as well that everything was perfect. Thank you all so much 💗 please keep up the amazing work!

I’ve used Dr. Edwards for years and he’s phenomenal at his job. He always makes you comfortable, listens to your needs/concerns, answers any questions you may have. From my very first appointment all those years ago he’s always made the “uncomfortable appointment” be a breeze. He’s truly gifted in his profession.

Dr. Russell is amazing, the receptionists need to get and attitude adjustment. They are very rude. No matter if your calling to schedule an appointment, get information, anything. They are very rude and sound like they do not want to be helping you.
