I actually give 0 stars but to move further i have to pick one. My son hasn't been seen since last year. They keep rescheduling his appointments saying he won't be in office. His appointment was set for February 14, 2022 and yet again they reschedule to March 14, 2022 saying he needs a longer appointment. Been trying to get his prescription sent over to pharmacy and yet still has not been done. The assistant is rude, I want to to talk to the Dr not the assistant but yet can't get him on the phone. If a parent neglects to get medication or appointments they get in trouble for neglect but it's ok for them to neglect patients and not get in trouble. My son has seen him 2x since the start of this. I am really getting fed up with them not assisting in the help that my son needs.

Dr. Berno is a good Dr.But his staff and facility needs some work.We had a medicine emergency or so we thought but at the time it was urgent before thanksgiving.Every situation should not be handled the same way.staff told my husbandafter he told him the situationthey would call him when it was ready but did not tell him they would not be taking care of it that day.I called and they said the dr had left.The front staff n mngr were reluctant to hand him a note between patients. My daughter was a patient of Dr. Berno's for 7 years. I could not recommend a better doctor to go to than him. He is very understanding, takes the time to listen, very current with info that a patient may need. The one and only reason we do use him, is only the distance from where we live to where he has now located in Baytown. If I ever have trouble locating a doctor in his field of work, I will go the distance to see him.
