I had an appointment for the Dental place next to this spa. It was my first time going there. I walked in the wrong office, not knowing it. There was a sign that said be seated, and someone would be with you momentarily. I walked in at 1:40 pm. My appt was at 1:45 pm. 3 people walked in and were called in, and I'm still sitting there waiting. A receptionist, I guess, tall with curly hair with her hair up, sat down, didn't even acknowledge me. She had her back turned to me and did not say a word. She walked in and out twice. I had to ask her if someone was going to see me. I told her what I was there for, and she said, "I'll let them know you are here." But the not very friendly face she gave was not professional at all. Mind you, no one came out .An oriental lady walked in the front and didn't look my way. It's now 2:36pm. Another lady with long black hair was the only one who came out to ask what I was there for. After I told her she told me the office was next door. She was very nice. I had to reschedule my dental appointment since it was 45 minutes past. If someone would've been nice enough to say can we help you or do you have an appt or you're in the wrong building i probably would've made my appt. The reason for this one star is that the lobby was nice, but the service was a big 0. What if I did have an appointment with them? Were they going to just let me sit there for over 45 minutes like they did and not ask me anything? Bad customer service!

Always very professional; the place is beautiful, Andrea does amazing facials for over 20 years and Cindy has been doing my nails for 3 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else! LOVE THEM ALL!

Every tech and masseuse is hands down the best of the best at what they do. Environment is always calm and soooo relaxing.

Misty Mott performed an amazing massage. I asked for a relaxing (soft) massage but also needed some relief from a tricep issue I have had for awhile. The massage was great, my arm feels better (used some CBD salve) and I highly recommend her services. I also should mention a pleasant personality and very fair pricing for amazing work!

I had hip surgery and struggled with discomfort/pain for over a year. Jodi was the only one that helped ease the pain and set me on a long-term course to recovery. Couldn't be happier.
