Very impressive

Recently had an issue with the office. I am over an hour away from the location. I called in the morning to see if I could be seen the same day. Was told they may be able to see me at 2 pm but that they would call to confirm. So by 12:30 had no call yet so I called and was told they were out to lunch. I advised them that I was over an hour away and if they could let me know with enough time to make it. Was told they were aware and would take that into account. So shortly after I called started making the drive, in case, they called and would see me. At 1:20 pm they finally call and say they can see me at 1:45 pm. By then I was closer and told them that I was already on the way and would try to arrive in time. My daughter is driving me to this appointment on her day off. At 1:45 I decide to call to tell them that I am 6 minutes away. At this point, the lady I spoke to tells me not to bother coming that since I am late, they can't see me. I went ahead and drove there anyways and they would not see me. I had to reschedule the appointment. Lost so much time with this place.

Everyone was friendly and professional. Dr. Koch was especially nice and I can now hear much better....... Jo Lee Williams

I was pleased with my visit. Dr. Redder was very good with my visit and getting me set up with next step in finding out my problem.

All the personal were very professional and treatme very well tank you my husband fell very comfortable even that he was very nerves they comfort him and fell ok thanks 😊

I called in and they were able to fit me in that afternoon.Great empathy and prompt response and service.Great people with cheerful attitudes in the time of COVID!!!

I had the best experience ever in a doctor's office. Love my dr Koch...dr Alexander...the anesthesiaologist and all the assistants. Actually looking forward to going back for my post op appt.

This was the worst medical experience.first the girl in the front office is curt and does not project a friendly attitude. Also with all her tats she looks like she was a gang member, she would project a more professional look with a white coat.although she is probably efficient As she would not have this job. As I was in borne the day before my appointment I stopped by to verify a sign that said Texas sinus Institute had moved. You are National. She gave me paper work to fill for my appointment the next day. I arrived at 1 45 pm fr my appointment, turned in my papers. I was escorted in by a nurse/tech who explained the procedure and squirted a numbing solution in each nostril. Meagan Koch then proceeded to insert the probe in my right nostril which induced a sneezing fit. She then tried the left with the same results. She then went through my throat and in about 10 seconds said I had a fungus infection. She prescribed a med to be taken for 2 weeks. I opted for the med to be sent to cvs in fair oak ranch.two hours later I stop by the cvs and they said no prescription had been sent. I called the office and requested they call cvs. I was assured it had been sent but the next day a Saturday cvs said no med. Monday I went to the sinus office and requested a paper prescription and was told there was no one there to do it . I then requested to speak to supervisor and was told there was non available. That's when I decided not to have any more dealings with an institution that does not have any one in charge to talk to. I advised my wellmed Dr. Avila of the run around I received and strongly advised not to send any patients to such an unprofessional and unresponsive office. I have sense cancelled my appointment and will not recommend anyone to your institution.

First, Dr. Reder was late for my appointment. He showed up to the office *after* I had been there for a while.And when I did finally meet with him, I felt like I was being rushed, like I was an inconvenience. I brought up concerns and questions and he immediately dismissed them, nor did he ask follow-up, clarifying, or any other questions.I wasn’t looking for “validation”, but he claimed that “all God’s children” have post-nasal drip and have stuffy noses all the time, whereas my immediately family do not have either.I felt so rushed by him I got mentally flustered and didn’t get a chance to ask the other questions I wanted to ask.And when I mentioned constant throat-clearing he said it was probably reflux, when I actually have lots of phlegm, which he would have seen if he bothered to check my throat.If I could get my $100 co-pay refunded, I sure as heck would.
