Rudest and most disrespectful Dr. ever. Treated my father like he was an inconvenience. I guess you can treat people however you want when you’re the only “specialist “ in town. There’s a reason you have such pathetic ratings Dr. Floyd.... you should learn to treat people better. If you don’t like seeing patients you should’ve spent 8 years going to school for something else..!

staff that works the front are some of the rudest people I've met. They have the worst attitudes ever. Rude as hell. So is the Dr. I'll be requesting to go to San Antonio. All around rudeness

The one time I went to Dr Floyd. He wanted to know a lot of questions if I got ssi and why I was getting money from the government he doesn't treat the disability people good I think he should be fired
