Dr. Viera is a great family Dr.and I love her staff. She really cares about her patients makes sure I get the care I need. Ive been going to her for about a year and a half and will continue for as long as I can..I am very grateful to have her as my Primary Dr.

Lack of professionalism. You arrive on time, or in my case fifteen minutes early, and she won't get to you until thirty minutes after the appointment.

Worst doctor ever. She should not be permitted to practice. Makes you get separate appointments for matters that could be handled in one visit so she can charge your insurance an office visit each time. Wait is a minimum of three hours in the waiting room whether you are the only patient there or not. Records are inaccurate and she will not listen when you try to get this rectified. She does not care about the patient, only how many visits and prescriptions she can get out of you.

If I could leave a 0 I would. She is extremely unprofessional. She has no bedside manner at all. On top of it you have to wait 3 hours to see her. Her office is dirty also. Her nurses are also very rude and unprofessional.
