Working with Dr. Belanger was a wonderful experience. He explained my condition (bone spur and cyst in lumber spine) and what was necessary to correct it. I am now two weeks post-op and feel great. I highly recommend him. His office staff is very helpful and professional.

Great doctor did my neck surgery. I would reccomend to anyone needing help.

My 96 year old grandfather was admitted to the ICU/Trauma facility at Medical City Plano after a bull on our ranch attacked him. He had 2 vertebrae fractured in his neck. Miraculously, he had no nerve damage or any other broken bones. But I wanted to take a moment to commend all the staff in the ICU. The nurses, Kayla, Jennifer, Christian, Hayley, and all the others (sorry I can't remember everyones name) were incredibly attentive, and took the absolute BEST care of my grandfather. They went above and beyond in EVERY SINGLE regard to make sure he was safe and comfortable. Dr. Belanger performed the surgery and he was phenomenal. The surgery was done flawlessly. Actually, All the staff said he was the best and he was. He called me both before and after the surgery. (Because of Covid of course) Grandaddy was home from the hospital within a few days! I truly could not have asked for better care than the teams who cared for him. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

LOVE THIS DOCTOR. He answered questions I haven’t gotten any other doctor to answer for me. Thorough, nice, spent time with me and gave me all the pros and cons on a surgery I need. He put NO pressure on me to have surgery. Best back doctor I’ve been to EVER.

A year ago, I couldn't walk 20 yds without stopping. I could neither play golf nor take care of my yard. I spent most of my time feeling depressed. I had three previous back surgeries and still had lower back pain tremendous sciatic nerve pain in my hips and legs and was headed for a wheelchair. I read that Tiger Woods had gone to Texas Back Institute for his successful surgery and decided to do the same. My problems were located at L 5 and S 1 . same as his. I learned Dr. Belanger saw patients in Denison which is close to my home. The procedure was called anterior lumbar interbody fusion and my surgery was in June 2019. In October, I was fully released to do whatever I felt like. I have no back pain, no sciatic nerve pain no hip pain. I never dreamed I could ever again feel so good. Dr. Belanger was positive, confident, very professional and quite personable as well. To say he gave me my life back may sound too dramatic, but I truly feel that he did.

He did my back surgery an yes I still have back pain but DrB went over everything step by step with me my back pain is still here but not like it was his bed side manners is so awesome he is the best I tell everyone with back pain to go to him you will be pleased his office staff is great right on top of things. I thank all of them so much

I’ve dealt with a lot of Spine surgeons and dr belanger is by far the most gifted! He is trustworthy, diligent, and technically superb. Would highly recommend!
