I was greeted kindly at the reception desk. Everyone was friendly from the nurse to the dr. Meeting with the Dr went smoothly and he was able to diagnose my symptoms. The only reason I gave it four stars was that the wait time seemed long.

SCARENOW IS WHAT THEY SHOULD CALL IT ****** I was at this location yesterday with chest pain! They got me in very fast I loved the web checkin. However everything checked out fine with my ekg was great the doctor said. But for some reason the doctor decided to be extra!!! I had my 11 year old child with me and when she seen that she was sad because she didn’t know what was going on the doctor proceeds to tell me that my heart has just slowed down and I can have a heart attack any second (mind you she didn’t even check me again) I can’t drive and I can die!! In front of my baby. When she just told me my ekg was fine. I go to the hospital and they say everything is normal X-rays ekg etc… even looked at the paperwork for SCARENOW and said there wasn’t a reason to believe anything was wrong with my heart. I have inflammation in my chest which is swelling. She was horrible for making her cry like that. It was malicious honestly with that nasty smirk on her face! Don’t go to SCARENOW

We came to this facility on Sunday, after being seen at a different walk in center on Tuesday. I didn’t want to return there because I didn’t get the kind of care I expected and got at Care One Rayzor Ranch. Dr. Ingraham was so compassionate and informative throughout my whole visit. The staff on the phone and in person was wonderful. I loved that the facility had an X-ray tech on hand so an accurate diagnosis could be made so quickly. In addition a remote specialist reviewed the X-ray too which concurred with Dr Ingraham’s diagnosis. I was initially going to the Denton office, but they don’t take Medicare there. However, they arranged with the Rayzor Ranch location for a visit and informed us that there would be a wait. My husband came along and had some symptoms too so they gave him an appointment right after mine. Dr Ingraham explained everything so clearly and we left feeling so confident in her care. We both would come back to this facility again if needed, even though it was a bit of a drive. The office is immaculate, new and spacious. This was an excellent experience and one that we’d highly recommend. Thank you to everyone who helped us.
