Was treated by a bumbling idiot that thought 155/85 is a great blood pressure, was saw by the Dr for maybe 3 minutes who said I had pneumonia after just a few breaths, I got charged as a new patient and for a Covid test that I was NOT given. We also waited forever even though I had filled out the forms on line. Do not waste your time going to such a place that now I wonder if I even saw a real Dr, or was it just another Medical Assistant that should not be left alone with a patient.

I went for a bad persistent cough, even checking in early I waited over an hour, saw a medical assistant that fumbled taking my blood pressure, it was high and she said it was great! Then I saw a Dr for maybe 3 minutes , he listened to my lungs, said it was pneumonia and gave me prescription. I paid $50 when I registered, my insurance paid $54.64. I received a bill for $504!!! For new patient (they are urgent care, not an established Drs office) and for a Covid test that I did NOT take! I will never return and I will continue to spread the word that this Doc in box is a complete rip off and is very incompetent. Do not go to this business!!

For antibiotic allergic reaction I called them 2 times and waited 6 hours to get antibiotics changed. Even after that they send it to wrong pharmacy

Very upset. Came into this CareNow at 6:20 on a Saturday and tested positive for strep. They did not resend my prescription to a 24 hour pharmacy before closing and now I'm out of luck until tomorrow. Horrible. Might as well have gone to hospital. Have zero relief.

I am feeling miserable - I checked in online at 7:00AM CST and was called well after the clinic opened (I was not expecting a call prior to 8AM). I have never been required to fill out preregistration documents, my insurance has not changed, I am unwell. I was told I would not be checked into the wait list until the forms were completed in advance. I was at the exact Care Now location not even 30 days ago and none of my benefits have changed. I told the staff to just remove me from the list and I'll go elsewhere. Will never use this location again for urgent or non urgent needs.

I would give it zero stars if I could. We waited 3 hours and paid $100 for a doctor to not even look at my kid. We went in for strep because she was running fever and swollen throat. She didn't look at my throat and told me I couldn't get medicine. Worst doctors and unprofessional. Wouldn't go there if I was dying.
