They do not allow virtual appointments during a pandemic, even though it's dermatology and the appointment is 10 mins long. Despite being a doctor that charges exorbitant rates for 10 mins of her time, they will make you wait over an hour to see her. This can't be the service PAMF is known it definitely sounds like Sutter. Imagine you are forced to show up in person regardless of a pandemic and they expose you further by making you wait in a very busy waiting room.
