Scheduled cyst removal with agreement from office scheduler that this could all be done with one visit since I had already seen a dermatologist recommending the procedure. I asked her to confirm this, and she took a minute and then confirmed that the visit time was slotted to allow for the removal. During the visit, the doctor spent 10 seconds inspecting the cyst and asked me to schedule the removal later in the week. I was charged $120 for the visit and will have to come in for a second visit if I want it removed. Office manager would not stray from policy despite scheduler completely misrepresenting how this would all play out. Doctor's excuse was he's just an employee and can't do anything about it. So tired of the medical community acting like they're above good business practices / etiquette.

I have had two appointments with Weisburg. Both early morning appointments. Both times he was over 45 minutes late. Neither time did he acknowledge that I had had to wait for him. Neither time did he show any concern for my schedule or activities. His staff is great, but I will not be giving a third opportunity.

It was good experience. They were quick and clear about what was happening. The doctor really cares about his patients.

I am utterly gutted by seeing the response by the staff! I had my visit and was sad to see that i had to wait more than 30mins with Dr Bentow running late and no earlier mentions like a text to let me know. After reaching out numerous(2-3) times and talking to the staff to get my medications sent out( due to urgency of me traveling), they seem to lack motivation or care to see the sense of urgency which makes me believe they do not really care about patients. I truly believe that the support staff and the Dr are one big unit and it’s sad to see no empathy shown by them. I will be not be re visiting them given that their care shown post meet is pathetic.

I have been to two other Dermatologists who told me the bumps on my hands were "nothing". I actually called Dallas Associated Dermatologists by accident thinking they were the ones I saw last year. It was the best mistake I ever made! Dr Bentow validated me and gave me injections to take care of the problem right then and there. They were honest and upfront about my portion being unclear depending on what my insurance covers. Everyone was so friendly and sweet. The energy in that office put me at ease as I had a busy day with back to back appointments and felt my stress melt away as soon as I walked into the waiting room!

Professional and experienced service. Appointments are easy with minimum wait times.

He is very gentle and kind. I had a shot to numb area on my arm and didn’t even feel the shots. He is Amazing.

Dr. Bentow is the very best Dermatologist I have worked with in 44 years of my life out of 40 Dermatologist he is the very best: caring, helpful, effective medical solutions and advice and or prescriptions to help manage a wide variety of medical soon issue. Most importantly Dr. Bentow has a huge heart and shows true compassion, sympathy and empathy towards his patience. He honors the Hippocratic Oath. Nurse Sophia is very good at her job, I would like her to be recognized as Nurse of the Year for private practice nursing in Texas. Teresa and Sophia are Top Flight Medical Assistants at the front.Leadership starts by example from the front Dr. Bentow is a textbook example of how a Dermatologist needs to operate. My only suggestion is more Jazz and Blues in lobby would bring us back to that New Orlean’s Vibes. Go Green Wave. Laissez les bons temps rouler!
