Dr. Alvarado explained and made sure i understood everything during my visit. His staff is amazing. Definitely a doctor I can fully trust.

0129 1st visit. Went over history diagnoses. Reviewed medicationMRI. Prescription written. 0210 still waiting on meds because office staff is a joke. Authorizations not sent phone calls not returned never reach the person who is supposed to help because always at a different location. When at a different location has no clue to what’s going on and just get dumped into voicemails with no calls returned. After doctor promised me it would not be a problem it is a problem. Now wants me to come in for another appointment because he can’t remember what was discussed on 1st appointment. Only chose this doctor since Ambetter referred him but they will not communicate with Ambetter. So as of now still waiting for my pain to be managed since the office isn’t properly managed. If can’t even get meds filled why would I trust to have them do a procedure? They use words like maybe hopefully. Kyra put me on hold left for the day so she wouldn’t have to deal with it. VERY DISAPPOINTED ??
