Front desk lady yelled at me when I politely asked her a question. Will never recommend this place.

Dr. Quan took excellent care of my family member. He was thorough, caring, and direct. Consultation was very informative. procedure scheduled swiftly and went beautifully. Staff and nursing made my family feel comfortable and at ease during this stressful process. the physician, anesthesiologist and nursing staff were extremely attentive. Dr. Quan runs an amazing office and practice. I strongly recommend this MD &staff to anyone needing these services. Thank you for your thorough service and care for my family.

My only issue is my wife booked an appointment for today July, 25 2022 at 1:45pm. We strictly asked several times about going to the Denton, Tx location. We just drove all the way over here and the office was closed. We called them and they said it was in Plano, Tx. I took the day off of work to bring my wife and watch my kids and now we don’t get seen and I’ve wasted time and most importantly gasoline. For anyone considering going here please double confirm with them location!

I have been Dr. Quan's patient for four years, and he has completed three procedures for me. He listens to my concerns, suggests several options for relief, and rules out issues until he narrows down the possibilities. He explains procedures well and answers all my questions. His staff is professional and helpful. I like that his procedures are all in his office; there is no need to go to a surgical facility. His anesthesiologist is competent and eased my concerns. My husband and I will continue to see him for our GI concerns and highly recommend him to others.

My 81 yr old mother saw him, he is wonderful. Very detailed, explained everything very well. His office staff all are very nice and friendly. We had an appointment mixed up and was there the wrong day, they worked my mother in. Dr. Quan is a very caring doctor. We would recommend him to anyone that needs a gastroenterologist!!!

unbeknownst to me, Dr Quan may be in your insurance network but not his anesthesiologist nor the gal who monitors you heart rate when you have GI's. Today I got one hell of a surprise, a bill from his Anesthesiologist for $5400.00 and was told curtly by his billing clerk, I will not see a bill with his name on it and she hung up twice on my insureance carrier and twice on me while we tried to figure out and request detailed list of charges and why he did not bill us as it was performed at his office and they never advised me I would get bills from the anesthesiologist nor that that person was not in network!!!! I'm appauled to say the least and this is unlawful billing practices. I'm thinking the Anesthesist charged me for the 1 1/2 hours I lay bare bum to the wind on the table waiting for my GI's but I'll never know because they won't provide me squat and like she said, "I'll never receive a bill from Dr Quan...which means just because he is in your network, none of the charges are from folks who are in your networkm not even him. Wow $5400.00 for 30 minutes?! Be aware and I have filed an appeal and complaint with Gastroenterology as well as ASA for 'Surprise Charges" per the 2020 H.R. 133 Act What a scammer

I loved the doctor he was awesome. The staff Was awesome. I've been overcharged . My insurance Paid for most of what I had done. I have been fighting for months to get my money returned. My daughter law has called repeatedly nothing. It's a real shame cause I would have gone back to that doctor .

Received the best three (3) of three colonoscopy of my medical history. Quick but patient-friendly procedure. If I ever need this type care, I'll return. Also will give positive referrals to others as was given to me.

Dr Quan is very nice and highly skilled. Don’t hesitate to make an appointment with him if you have any healthy concern.

I was very impressed with Dr. Quan and his staff. He patiently answered all of my questions at the consultation and I felt comfortable throughout my procedure. I will recommend him to family and friends.
