The visit at the Medical City was very welcoming and convenient the staff lovingly assisted us without the wait being too long. They deseve our gratitude. Worst ER I’ve ever been to. If you don’t have to come here DONT. Check in employees were rude to all of the patients when they decided to do their job and not chit chat about their personal lives. Was admitted to a room and after a few tests were done never saw a nurse for over an hour even though I asked to see one and asked another time for water..nothing because they were to busy laughing and talking about what they bought on Amazon. The only time the nurse came in she was trying to discharge me without letting me know my results I told her I haven’t even been told about my results and she rudely argued with me that she’s pretty sure someone has been in here even though no one had. Nurse Rebecca was very rude and unprofessional. Won’t ever be coming to this ER again.

Although only a minor emergency I was treated quickly and staff was very congenial yet still very profesional. Vast improvement from past experiences of long waits and grouchy personnel.

I have been going here for several years now.All their staff is very gracious. I barely have time to sit down and they are calling me back. I love the names on their lockers. Snap that picture and youre done. Sadly I am moving cross country so this was my last visit.

The trauma team and nurses were top notch The only complaint I have is towards the doctors. It appeared they didn’t care what my husbands pain level was. He was rough with him. They also couldn’t get his Xrays or CT scans to load in the ER. I was told they would come up to our room once he was settled in and they would go over them then. Dr. Sonaike was never seen again after leaving the ER. His PA finally came in to check on my husband almost 24 hrs later. Day shift nurse and night shift nurse reached out to them asking for someone to come go over Xrays and CT but no one did. The PA finally went over the Xrays and CT not long before discharge. We were left with no answers for a long time and did not appreciate it. Nurse Becca and Vic did an awesome job staying on top of his pain control during his stay. Couldn’t have asked for a better team besides his doctors.
