My husband and I give 5 stars to Dr Fletcher and his team. Dr Fletcher is extremely competent, assertive and diligent while taking care of a serious issue in my husband’s pancreas, which led us to trust him 💯; and led me to also look for Dr Fletcher diagnosis for my issue as well. Besides competence Dr. Fletcher is kind and attentive. While listening to you, he looks at you respectfully and analyzing what you say explains his diagnosis in a way that one can understand! His team, from the front desk to his assistants know well who you are, even over the phone and answer any questions that you may have, resolving any matter to accommodate any of your needs. The staff was friendly and responsive, checked in to a room right on time no waiting in the lobby. Dr Fletcher came in within 2 or 3 minutes and was very personable, I grown to expect that with him, always easy to talk too. Listened to my concerns / issues and scheduled steps going forward.

I have been seeing Dr. Joseph Fletcher, M.D. for many years. Dr. Fletcher has always treated me with kindness and respect. He listens to my health complaints and gives me answers that I can understand. If a procedure needs to be done, he explains it thoroughly first. I highly recommend Dr. Fletcher to anyone needing a gastroenterologist.

I had gone to Dr Fletcher for many years. I recently went on vacation to a different country and had a gallbladder attack and was hospitalized. First one I had ever had. They told me there it was an emergency to get it taken care of. I opted to come home and had to sign a release form releasing them from liability. I went to a lot of trouble getting my records sent from Canada and he didn’t even look at them. I feel that Dr Fletcher didn’t handle it well to get anything done very quickly. It was a month before anything was done and I had to visit the emergency room while waiting. He should have seen that I was taken care of as soon as possible. Me and my husband will be going somewhere else. Pat

Very capable and competent Doctor. I have used him for years. He always informs you of what he wants to do and makes sure you are comfortable with it. I trust him with my life and my family's. His staff are great and very professional. I did not waste alot of time sitting around waiting in the office.

Dr. Fletcher has been my gastroenterologist since I moved to Denton in 2005 (17 years!). He has always been friendly and professional.He listens to his patients and does not rush them. He also explains things so you can understand them. He has an excellent office staff as well. I highly recommend Dr.Fletcher as an excellent gastroenterologist and in general ,as a physician you can trust!

Dr. Fletcher has been my gastric doctor for 20+ years. He’s thorough, yet calm and down to earth. His office staff and assistants are easy to work with and will go the extra mile to help - especially if there is an insurance or pharmacy issue! You’ll really like him and his staff.
