I scratched my eye the night before. Really hurt by morning. I called and they got me in first thing for an emergency exam. So thankful. Team was great and very nice. Dr. Haq was very nice and personable!

My name is Terry Chandler. I have been going to Dr. Haq for a few years . He has done laser & cataract surgery on me & I highly recommend him & all of his staff. Both in his office & in the Medical City Surgery Clinic in Denton, Texas.

Best medical experience I’ve ever had. Cataract surgery was smooth and easy. Staff, Dr Haq, and nurses were really there for me. I highly recommend Dr. Haq.

The staffs were standing and chatting. I didn't feel like I was in a professional office. Even though I have an appt card, I was told that I didn't have an appointment. While waiting in the room, I heard the doctor was telling a joke to his staff, they were giggling. Maybe the doctor wanted to please them but they needed to be educated instead. I am searching for a new doctor. Very unprofessional. I am using different ID here to avoid their contact.

First visit, Dr was friendly, this visit not so. Left before I could ask questions. I had made a joke and he was rude. At 82, I get nervous and like reassuring conversations. Not comfortable scheduling cataract surgery with him now.

Very long wait time. The tech was rude. Dr. flippantly dealt with my situation deciding my problem needed to be dealt with by my family physician. Turned around and jogged out with me yelling for him to stop. I had questions. He skated around the issue and told me to go home and wait on my primary care giver to call and he would fax her. This was Fri at noon. They didn't fax until Monday afternoon after 5 different phone calls from myself, my husband and primary care Dr. The last time she called his office she was told it would not be faxed until after clinic. So my doctor asked her to read it to her, which gave us some idea of what we were dealing with. This could be a life threatening emergency.
