Took over 2 hours for a simple eye exam because her first assistant neglected to dilate my eyes. The doctor keeps trying to sell me on cataract surgery/lens implant, when I have better vision in the "cataract" eye than in the eye with a previous lens implant! Not going back!

Terrible wait time. I waited for an hour and 15 minutes and then left. Rescheduled for another day at 8:00. Was told that Dr. Sayani would arrive at 8:45. I left and found another eye doctor. I have never had to wait an hour and 15 minutes for the doctor to see me. I don't know what's going on over there, but it seems that office logistics are the problem. And it's been like this for 2 years.

Insurance was charged for something that was not done and the office staff never corrected it.

I had a bump removed, experience no pain, Dr. Sayani was very thorough in explaining to me on what will happen and what I will feel. I would highly recommend her and her staff

Dr failed to properly numb my eyelid for an incision. I could feel the cutting/probing. The pain was shocking and traumatizing. Beforehand, she shamed me for wanting to her to inform me of the steps in the procedure. She blamed me for experiencing pain and shamed me for crying.

Dr. Sayani's business has expanded and she is no longer personable. She has trouble keeping staff. Since she has a financial interest in the surgical center, there is a large group of people that are run through the office and surgery center like cattle every week. It makes me sad that there is no personal interaction anymore. She was my eye doctor for years but it is not in my best interest to continue seeing her.

Dr Sayani did a wonderful job of my wifes cataract surgery. However the office manager and receptionist are clueless. Not only that, their website/patient portal hardly ever works. You can schedule an appointment, but the office staff are oblivious to it, and will argue with you about it claiming they know nothing. Dr Sayani is a wonderful person, very caring and took excellent care of my wife pre and post surgery. But the office manager and receptionist are idiots. I really believe if Dr Sayani knew about this, she would do something about it.

Horrific experience! Rushed visits, Dr.’s Sayani and Vo were not on the same page when it came to my husband’s condition. Dr. Vo raised his voice and chastised my husband even after me telling him he was hard of hearing and was having difficulty understanding him through the mask. This is unbelievable and unacceptable behavior for anyone, let alone a professional provider.
