Had a very kind professional and educational time with Dr. Otto and staff. He took the time to go through all my symptoms and explained what could be going on. He didn't push zyrtec or any other pills or any unnecessary procedures, simply told me about over the counter products that should help me! That No doctor or ENT has ever suggested, I've been walking right past them every time I get a prescription filled? Gave me a over the counter method and plan to try to improve my sinuses and come back if it didn't work out! No expensive Scripts, Procedures or Charges! Thank you, Dr. Otto

Highly recommend. Dr. Otto is thorough, transparent, and has a great bedside manner. Shona and Archana in the office are the best office representatives I’ve ever dealt with. They helped me understand everything about how costs and insurance rates are calculated and put my mind to ease with all of the logistics and fees associated with the procedure.

This is the best ENT Office I have ever been to. Not only is the Staff professional, they are kind and caring. Dr.Otto is amazing, he spends time explaining things and never acts rushed. I would definitely recommend him. Thanks!
