Dr. Whatley is one of the best drs. we have ever seen. He treated my husbands shoulder issues first by suggesting PT because MRIs are costly and didnt want to cost unnecessary expense. When that didn't work long term, we did the MRI. MRI showed that his shoulder was bad but not in dire need of surgery. So we did injections and a second round of PT. Surgery was a last ditch effort, which he did not want to do without exhausting other options. We recently finally did go ahead with surgery. His shoulder was waaayy worse than the MRI showed, and Dr. Whatley said he is confident that the surgery will succesfully lessen his pain levels. They really worked hard to make sure it was done before the end of the year so our insurance didn't roll over. All in all we are extremely satisfied with his services. The only reason they get a 4 star is because the office is sometimes really bad at returning phone calls. This can be irritating when it is an urgent call. But that is a mild hindrance comparatively.

Dr. Whatley explained what is going on with my knee and what needs to happen next. When doing the injection, I was a bit nervous, but Dr. Whatley was calming and reassuring.
