Dr. Otto took his time explaining everything, listened to me, answered all of my questions and made a healthcare plan to get to the bottom of what is going on. He truly cares about his patients. His staff is also SO sweet and patient and will try their best to answer any and all questions you have.

Dr. Otto listened carefully, answered all our questions, explained things well, and had excellent bedside manner. His front office staff was very friendly as well. Highly recommend him as ENT doctor!

This doctor listens, he looks at the whole picture! He has gotten to the bottom of my compromised immune system when no other doctor gave it any attention. His attention to detail is remarkable, if you have to wait in a room, it is worth the wait as he will give you his undivided attention! Staff is very sweet and responsive to calls/messages! Go see Dr O !!

Could not believe the amount of time spent going through all of my issues to try and weed out what the actual cause of my sinus issues were. Unlike a lot of practices Dr. Otto and his staff take the time to really understand the patient, their medical history as well as their symptoms before recommending any treatment plan. Highly recommend this group and Dr. Otto.

Dr. Otto has been a Godsend. After 5 years of being diagnosed with thyroid disease by several specialists and going through several thyroid meds that I could not tolerate. I was having adverse reactions, medicine induced afib, GI issues, weight loss, etc. Dr. Otto was the only Doctor that actually listened to my symptoms instead of just going by my labs. Dr. Otto wants to find the root of the problem and treat it. He ordered several tests and within a few months, Dr. Otto was right on track, I have mycotoxin toxicity. I cannot THANK HIM AND HIS STAFF enough for everything. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. OTTO!!

I love Dr. Otto and his staff!! Shonda and Stacy are awesome! Very personable. I went in during 2020 because I'm a flight attendant and my ears were hurting every single time I flew. I explained the pain and without hesitation he recommended the surgery I had initially wanted when I made my appointment with him. I'm going back today, a year post-surgery, to check my ears and discuss having a sinuplasty done as recommended from a former ENT. I trust Dr. Otto will recommend what is best.

I had been seeing another ENT for the entirety of my pediatric years. When I got to be an adult I had to find another. Dr. Otto was that one! They scheduled my exam promptly, got me in and out and I was scheduled for surgery. Everything went great and follow up care was excellent. Definitely recommend!

Dr and staff was great. With the pandemic, it made me feel better hearing being diligent w/ the use of masks etc since they are more apt to have immunocompromised patients. Was concerning to me that the dr's mask kept falling below his nose, the mask was worn in the middle where he had to keep pulling his mask up, making me think it was a mask used all day or even several days old. I didnt see him use hand sanitizer before proceeding w/ our exam where he would be near my face which was concerning to me since he had to keep lifting his mask up. He seemed nice and personable and was great with answering my questions. I was more concerned about the 'hand-washing' and mask safety aspects when with the dr.

Staff friendly and answered my questions. Also Dr took time to explain everything and did not rushed through.

Dr. Russell Otto is very knowledgeable, and takes him time with you. You are not rushed in and out. I would recommend him to anyone. He and his staff have my 5 star rating.
