So my Father had surgery there which was fine but the covid policies made it very difficult to make sure my 80 plus yr old parents were able to get information they needed to get quality care. To not have exemptions to rules is ridiculous one size doesn’t fit all. And funny enough when coming in through the we to register both staff members at front desk weren’t wearing masks 2 feet from each other yet I could sit and wait inside an empty waiting room. Ridiculous

Amazing ppl everywhere made my surgery a great experience

I went in on Tuesday night as an emergency patient, i feel everyone went overboard with my care. The reason I gave a four was my Sat care left a lot to be desired and was checked out without instructions on how to take care of my stomach surgery which started bleeding after i got home.

Terrible service I had a medical emergency for a person who couldn't speak for themselves and they would only tell the patient information I try to tell nurse that I need information but nurse insisted that the patient would tell me with no regards to the coherence of said patient. They waited 3 hrs until I decide to go home to sleep then as I walk out out they spring into action and tell me I can't leave or leave said patient there for 4 hours to be picked up in the morning. Really annoyed and disappointed to have been born at this hospital. Terrible customer service and they do not care for patient well being.

My visits to Medical City Dentin went very well and I received excellent service from my provider. However, their MyHealthONE system doesn't work and their help desk was even worse. After receiving an email informing me that a report regarding my service was now available on the MyHealthONE, I created a login and tried to access that report. I tried several times with no success. A few days later I tried again with no success. I called their technical support and waited 30 minutes to talk to the technician. The technician asked me to tell him and spell for him my name, my birth date, my home address, my email address and my phone number, several times. After 10 minutes, I finally stopped him and told him I just want to access my report. He then informed me that the system has had a technical problem and I will not be able to access the report. So after a total of 40 minutes I was told that I should contact my provider and have the provider send me a copy via email. I told the technician he could have told me about the technical problem that his system was having ten minutes ago. How aggravating!!!!

The Doctors, Nurses, and Care Staff were all very helpful and caring. The Nurses on floor 2 went above and beyond with their care. A bad situation that ultimately worked out was much more bearable because of the staff. Thank you.

Was not feeling good pain at a 10...sat from 1pm to 6pm...and still no real answers poorly treated.to make matters worse was told twice by a nurse and physician that the ER was for emergencies as if mines was not...again poor choice of words.no one goes to ER to waste no ones times.so treat everyone with respect and respect you will receive.still have no call on my results nor paperwork.

The team of nurses at Medical City made sure my visit was pleasant and comfortable. They were very attentive and provided a wonderful experience considering the circumstance. They even gave me a personalized thank you card on my departure. I highly recommend
