Do not trust what you are told by touchstone. From beginning to end they have lied about what will be done in regards to insurance and payment and between them and my insurance co am being told by each that its the fault of the other and now am stuck with an almost 700 bill i was not expecting. I saw on here to contact the office manager so i did that prior to posting on here and was told the balance would be written off on our initial call and it never was and now am being told i need to set up a payment plan to prevent collections because my insur showed incorrect info when they checked with them. Much more to this that would take an enormous amount of time to write so i will leave it at this. Go somewhere else or verify yourself even if they tell you they are going to verify with your insur. And yes i am aware i should have verified myself however unfortunately for me i trusted this facility when they told me they were going to check with my insur and let me know what my cost would be. In response to below i have already spoken multiple times with the billing dept which was useless and have also spoken to OM which is why i left this review

Touchstone in Denton was very easy to schedule (got an appointment the same day I called), only 5 minutes from me and the entire appointment only took 30 minutes! The x-ray tech, Doug was very friendly but professional. In fact, all personnel that I came into contact with were.

Lynette, office staff is rude. Loves to yell at patients to wear face masks when their own employees aren’t wearing them. Won’t be coming back here. Update: I called the management as the following response asked me to… they put me on hold for a long time, then said they didn’t know what I was referring to.
