If I could give this office and Doctor Luciano a zero star rating I would. The staff is very rude. When you call with questions or concerns you can't ever get a call back and you are on hold for forever. Like 30 minutes to an hour at least. Finally when you get someone on the phone they are rude and they act super confused and don't know anything about the Doctor. I been waiting almost a year to get in to see this doctor and finally when I get in to see her I am treated so badly. Several times I have drove an hour round trip for my scheduled doctor appointment and the person that drove me had to take off of work early just to take me and when I get there I'm waiting by the desk in her lobby on the second floor while three women were laughing like hyenas talking and disregarding the fact that I'm standing there needing to be checked in. When they finally acknowledge my existence they were rude and they said that Dr. Luiciano isn't even there that day that she has the day off!!!!!!! What?!?! why didn't anyone call to tell me this before I drove all the way there?! It was a waste of time, gas, energy and lost wages for the person who had to take off of work early to take me. So unprofessional!!! So then a week later she calls me on the phone for a phone appointment. It was supposed to be at 10:00 and she didn't even call me till about 4:00 that day and she was short with me and she wouldn't listen to my symptoms she just wanted to rush off the phone with me and push steroids on me. That's all she did. No treatment, no blood work. Literally nothing. I filed a complaint with the office manager Julie and she was just as useless. They are the worst Dr office I have EVER been to!! I will NOT be back. I feel sorry for other patients that she "treats" because most autoimmune diseases can be potentially fatal if you don't have the proper care and it's really sad. They don't have any compassion whatsoever. Do NOT go here!! You WILL regret it!!

I am a patient of this Medical clinic service, my doctor being dr. MORRILL AUDREY. I  didn't use other doctors, but she is excellent doctor, listening and caring about her patients. She follow attentive her patients and treatments and , in the the situation of chronic complicated diseases as mine, you can have  guidance for almost daily until your situation is stabilized through their efficient patient's portal. Her nursing assistants are also very efficient  I had and have a great experience with this place which has also labs on site. USMD NORTH DENON is a model of ambulatory care

I have an appointment scheduled today in the Denton office with Reina (I am not sure if I spelled that right, apologies if I didn't). I was told when I called on July 12th that the appointment was for 2:45. I arrived today at 2:40 and was told I was late for my appointment and that it was at 2:15 so they would have to check with her to see if she could see me today. The lady at reception came back and told me that I could be seen, but it would be 4pm at the earliest. I've already driven all the way over here so I am kind of stuck waiting to be seen. I actually called back on July 12th and told them that my primary doctor told me that a cyst had been found on my ovary and it was greater than 5cm. She said it was urgent that I be seen by the gynecologists office. They told me they would have to leave a message for the nurse and she would call me back. That call was at 1:15 pm and as I sit here right now I still have not received a call back from anybody. I have been seeing Dr Cummings for 11 years, but after the last two experiences with office staff I will be looking for a new doctor. Regarding my last appointment I was told the wrong day they scheduled it for and showed up just to be told I was supposed to be here the day before and I could not be seen. The day before is when I called to get an appointment and that day would have actually worked better for me because it was my day off. I even repeated back to her "ok so TOMORROW at (whatever time that appointment was - in February). As I sit here, waiting for over an hour to be seen for something my primary doctor feels is urgent but obviously it is not taken very serious by anybody here at this office, the ladies at the reception desk are the loudest, most unprofessional office staff I have EVER seen anywhere. I know that thus far my concerns fall on deaf ears and I expect this correspondence will as well, but I hope changes will be effected on these concerns as Dr Cummings deserves to be represented in a much better light than each experience I have had this year has done.
