Somebody should put these people out of business. If you are reading this take your insurance and out of pocket money elsewhere. Never made it past the receptionist and the manager. Very rude...AND...I never received a call to verify appointment and out of pocket cost. I sincerely pray for their souls.

Honestly by far one of the most unethical places to visit. I was referred by my doctor to visit this diagnostic imaging location for my first anatomy scan. Let me start off by saying maybe the receptionist at the front is possibly miss informed. But I was told my patient responsibility would be X amount out of pocket. As a first time mom with insurance coverage I do not recommend this location at all. Maybe I should have called my insurance before hand. However I do not believe it should be communicated to patients that their responsibility fee is x amount in order for facility to secure payment prior to insurance payment. I called facility to request my refund because my insurance covered the service was told I would need to wait weeks. I did not wait weeks to provide payment I provided full payment on day of service. As any first time mom probably would last thing you would want during your pregnancy is to weight out standing balances on your mind.

The front desk staff is so unprofessional i cant believe it. They are loud with broken english .

I am truly disappointed with the customer service today. I had a scheduled MRI apparently one machine broke down and no one called to inform me. It’s Saturday and I rescheduled my day to ensure that I had this test done. Initially the receptionist stated that they called me I lifted my phone and affirmed that no one had called me all day. My word should have been enough instead someone else came to the computer to “check” if someone called me…. SMH. Though apologetic for not calling there was no concern as to the importance of the test for me. NONE. This was not scheduled just because

Great place for fast mri service. Not a long wait time and friendly staff.

My wedding band was stolen and to this day never returned. I have submitted complaints to their patient portal however they are ignored.

Last year 2020 was the first time I set an appointment up with CDI. I needed a mammogram and I made it solely based on the location was close to where I live bad decision. It was the worst experience I have had with any mammogram I have gotten done. I arrived on time for my appointment and I walk with a cane so I stated to the young lady at the front desk that I could not do a lot of standing so she gave me the paperwork to take to my seat 1 star. She never checked back in with me to see if she could assist me with my completed paperwork. Hint working a front desk you may want to be sensitive as to how you can further assist patients with mobility problems to make their experience good. I waited 30 minutes before I was actually seen for my mammogram after I said something to the young lady at the front desk. Then I expressed to the nursing staff tech that I have back problems but I will do my best to get through the mammogram this tech was not sensitive at ALL. Then to top it all off I waited a whole month for my results the longest I have ever waited. CDI claimed they were waiting on my previous year results to compare wrong. I called the previous place who said they never got the request. I had to talk with a supervisor at CDI to stay on this situation until I received my results. I saw CDI answer someones review on how they care about their patients and give quality service. This day the ball was terribly dropped. I am one person but my experience was terrible. As CDI moves forward with business I hope more training is given for patients with disabilities and how their staff can show more sensitivity. Its called Excellence in Customer Service. Secondly your turn around with results for this situation was unacceptable . I will not recommend this Center to my family and friends.

Getting very frustrated Never got the link to register online. Finally got it to setup my patient portal and it just throws me into an unending loop I do hope the medical folks are better that IT

Wait time is horrible nobody answers the phones. Hard to get an appointment. I called about 4 times each time was put on hold because of questions I had no one ever got back to me. Asked my doctor to send elsewhere and got an appointment within a week at Solis
