I waited until my second visit to write this. Dr. Ukoha and her assistant listened to what I was concerned about and discussed what was needed to do. She examined me and found suspect spots on me and took biopsies of these areas. Then took care of some cosmetic issues and was very gentle in her work and explained what she was doing. Always concerned about causing any pain and I did not feel any discomfort. On my second visit it was the same. She was through before I knew it. The results of the biopsies came back fast and showed I had two spots for concerned and referred me to their surgery center. I highly recommend Dr.Ukoha and Epiphany !!!!

We were in and out within 30 min. Not a long wait at all. Everyone was nice and professional. The doctor listened to our concerns and was helpful with my question. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I had a good experience at Epiphany. The doctor and staff were professional and the wait was not long before seeing the doctor. The doctor prescribed a medication for me that I may not need because my issue seems to be improving. So I prefer to wait a little longer to see how things turn out. But I I would recommend this clinic to anyone with scars or blemishes. They cover other skin issues as would any other dermatology office.

THIS WAS THE WORST DOCTOR'S APPOINTMENT I EVER HAD!! I DIDN'T EVEN MAKE IT TO SEE THE DOCTOR.THE THICK BUILT HISPICAN GIRL AT THE FRONT DESK WAS SOOO RUDE!!! SHE ASKED FOR MY DOB OUT LOUD AND IT WAS THREE PEOPLE IN THE LOBBY RIGHT BEHIND ME. I TOLD HER YOU KNOW IT'S A HIPPA LAW TO BE ASKING THAT SORT OF INFORMATION OUT LOUD. (WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO CAN I SEE YOUR ID??) I THEN ASKED FOR AN OFFICE MANAGER AFTER HER ATTITUDE STARTED. OFFICE MANAGER CAME AND SHE SEEMED TO AGREE WITH ME.THE VISIT SEEMED TO GET WORST WITH THE EYE ROLLING AND TRYING TO TALK TO ME LIKE I'M A CHILD WHEN I KNOW I WAS OLD ENOUGH TO BE HER MOM. I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND SAID I WILL NOT BE BACK.I'VE BEEN IN HEALTHCARE FOR OVER 30YRS AND HAVE NEVER!!! SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE.PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DESK AT THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE NEEDS TO UNDERSTAND WE ARE LIVING IN A DIFFERENT TIME. IDENTIFY THEFT IS HORRIBLE AND YOU NEVER KNOW WHOSE AROUND WAITING TO GET YOUR INFORMATION.THIS OFFICE NEEDS TO BE EDUCATED ON HIPPA LAWS!!! EVERYONE IS TRYING TO FIND THE QUICK ROUTE AROUND WITHOUT TRYING TO PROTECT THE PATIENT'S INFORMATION...VERY DISAPOINTED WITH THIS DESOTO LOCATION!!! NEVER AGAIN
