If I could rate them zero stars, I would. We are new to the area and looking for a new family doctor. We have called and left messages and not a single returned call. Whenever we call, the phone is never answered. Very unprofessional.

I have had 1 appointment there with Lisa Trawick and she would not fill my medication. it has been a month now and I am still waiting on several referrals . I would like to see a doctor there that is a MD.

I am currently a patient at this clinic, I truly like the people working there, however the company itself is not as good as it used to be. I have been doing shots for allergies for awhile now, suddenly now they won't do them, telling me to talk to me allergist that they told me to go see in the first place that they cannot help me. My allergist that again was referred to me by my doctor at this clinic told me they do not know of anyone in Jacksonville to do them. That I can go to Tyler which is a 70 mile or so round trip, really 70 miles twice a week for shots that I was told I could do at this clinic in the first place. An no one can give a straight answer about anything at this clinic or the allergist in Tyler it’s all just a run around, and if I did have a reaction there is an er in Jacksonville.

Dr. Mark Morris is truly the best doctor I have ever had the privilege of having and I have had a LOT in my life!! He takes the time to make sure you are receiving the best care possible and listens to his patients on their wants and needs with their health. He has even taken the time to make sure I had medication I needed on his time off with his family. I will NEVER go to another Family Medicine doctor as long as he is practicing in the East Texas area!! Thank you, Dr. Morris for all you do!!

I consider Dr. Morris not just a working acquaintance (we both work for ETMC) and my husband's doctor but also a friend. My husband has been in the hospital with the flu and now CHF with severe fluid retention for almost 2 weeks. His insurance was needing a report from several years ago that the hospital couldn't find, in order to pay for a medical device I messaged Dr. Morris and on a Saturday he made it a point to go to the clinic (unless he has access from home) to find it in my husband's chart so we could get it to the hospital. It was a huge relief!
