Did not have a happy experience at this clinic. Had an ear lavage and the lady didn't appear to know what she was doing. The procedure was very painful. Would not recommend this place to anyone I know.

Have not been happy with this office for some time now. I can only go as walk in since my place of employment is hard to make appts. And I can never get seen and when I do I always request Dr Marquez never have been able to get seen by her. The Dr who saw me last kept forcing me to try anxiety meds when I don't have anxiety I have asthma. Ever since they went to RGVAGO their customer service has gone way down. I know it's a drs office but the front desks and nurses need to have a little more compassion for their patients. They are the ones paying their payroll and making the office big as it is. Do better Dr's. Hire better staff please!!! As a walk in I get there early hrs before closing and still am not able to get seen. Theater I've gone is 10am that should not be late at all especially if you close at 12 or 5pm .

Dr. Lopez at this clinic insulted me. He saw the adhesive gunk on my legs from all the bandages on my wounds and said "Why don't you take a bath?" He must have thought it was dirt. Moreover, he cut a crucial prescription, Lyrica, by 2/3rds and gave me no reason. He just said "Try it, just try it." When I said I wouldn't, and complained about his insult, he decided I would no longer be a patient of his. He screwed me over many times, and the nurses there were no better. They wouldn't take my calls and wouldn't help me. Needless to say, don't come here. You can expect this kind of treatment.

I have been a patient for over 20 years with Dr Pena . I’m from Edinburg and I go to Donna I would not change him or his PA for nothing in the world. Dr Pena is a caring Dr for his patients.Nowadays there is no Dr that visits you at the hospital. Hospital has there own Doctors which is good so our Dr’s can be in there office. I know sometimes we get frustrated with the front desk but they have many lines to answer. Plus paperwork if a patient requires some medical devices. Like I said before I would not change from his office.

The front office receptionist are very rude!! The doctors are decent they have explained thoroughly when I visit, but i would not want to deal with the front receptionist. They give attitude, they do not say can you please hold instead they say hold on, very unethical and makes the clinic look unprofessional.

They are terrible only care about one thing money they let you pass swab your throat and nose completely underminded my symptoms getting a new doctor I was in and out in five minutes with no actual remedy to my symptoms

Great providers and great employees. Their main purpose is to treat the root of the illness, so I would recommend to be specific and truthful so they can give you the best possible treatment. There can be wait some times, but its understandable that they do their best effort in healing people.

I started going to Donna Medical Clinic for my primary care about a year and a half ago. I’ve dealt with two medical providers there so far and they both lack compassion. They are always in a rush and you are lucky if you get seen on time even if you have a scheduled visit. I once had to wait about two hours to be seen despite having a scheduled visit because they “didn’t have enough rooms.” I had a routine visit recently in which I wanted to bring up some additional concerns so I took notes to make sure I didn’t forget anything. My provider seemed to be bothered by this. At one point they even told me that they needed to go because they had another patient waiting! This place purports to provide quality health care but in reality it seems that they are only interested in their bottom line which is to make a lot of money by overbooking patients and going through each of them as fast as possible. I DO NOT recommend this place. I’m definitely looking around for a different primary care provider.

Love this doctor. I prefer dr pena, but others are also good.
