Lady that answered (Lola) is very rude. I called to see if they have any Drs in this afternoon and she sarcastically and rudely answered "what do you mean, we Alwayshave Drs". I asked which Drs would be in and she said there are always 3. I asked again which Drs were they, she gave me the names in a rude tone. I explained why I need to be seen by a Dr, since the medicine refill I need can only be prescribed by a Dr not a PA.This isn't the first time Lola is rude 😔. Such great Drs at this clinic, but people like Lola make you not want to go to this clinic anymore. Imagine all those patients that go to this clinic for the 1st time and get this kind of first impression.Being more kind goes a long way Lola. Imagine us patients feeling ill, and having an uncompassionate person attending to you. Terrible!

This place has rudest employees ever. If you do not like your job, what the heck are you doing here?? We only came for a freakin physical and had to wait for a long time. Never again!

The worst staff from receptionist to office manager. They refused service because my daughter didn’t have a physical insurance card. United Health now uses their app which shows actual ID CARD and benefits of insured there. Office is obviously antiquated in a world that is technical. They said an email of card could be sent and they would review and see if they could accept. They at this point are being discriminatory by selecting who can receive service. I would never recommend them to anyone. This clinic does not want to help people . Their tone was so rude, unacceptable, and harsh. I can’t imagine sending my parents or elderly people there.

Rude staff. I was hung up on by some lady in that office (didn’t get a name) seriously look for another drs office. Last place you want to be when you aren’t feeling well, they will make you feel worse. The lady dr was nice but the office lady ruined my experience there.

The staff is soooooo rude. The last thing you want to deal with when your sick is a bad attitude and hospitality. Especially the nurse Lola. Although the hours are convenient, it’s not worth the hassle
