Failure to call in prescription. Very Apologetic that they completely forgot

Called in renewal prescription and H-E-B message was left for three days and unfilled. The day of our follow up a new prescription was supposed to be called in only to receive a apologetic apply via message stating that they completely forgot. No prescription was ever filled.

Dr. Boes is and always has been exceptional when interacting with my child. She’s engaging and funny and takes her time with him, while informing me exactly of her thoughts and concerns. She is very knowledgeable, caring, and affectionate towards my sometimes hard to handle active two year old with Autism. He is always happy to see her and engages. We love Dr. Boes!

My son has seen Dr. Boes since he was born--she just happened to be on rounds in the hospital when we were there after his birth. My husband and I loved her so much, from then on we HAD to get her as our son's pediatrician. We even had another pediatrician lined up but switched to dr Boes after meeting her in the hospital. Our son is now 3 and she been the most empathetic, caring and attentive doctor. We all just love her.

Dr. Boes has been an amazing caregiver for our two kids since they were born. She's sensitive to the parents' thoughts and is so, so good at explaining complicated medical information. We have enjoyed her as a doctor for routine visits - both my son and my daughter just love her - as well as when we had a real emergency and my daughter ended up in the hospital for emergency surgery, as well as the after-care for months afterwards. We don't have trouble making visits - when Dr. Boes' schedule is full, the other very good docs at Pediatric Associates can take the visit, including Drs Mirrop and Hargrave, with whom we've also had great experiences. In addition, the Pediatric Associates of Austin staff is wonderful. They actually remember who you are and are prompt with replies and efficient and smart on the phone! The office is centrally located and parking is easy.
