Beansprout Dripping Springs's Online Review Report Card

This office is fantastic - unless your kid is sick. In which case just go to the ER and catch whatever is flying around there. They once accommodated sick children with walk ins and now the COVID procedures make is frustrating, slow and exhausting to get any attention for sick kids. It is a completely twisted medical model to keep a sterile office for healthy kids and underserve sick children.

This is the most wonderful place. I take all four of my children here and they love it as well. We have been seen in person and virtual. Every interaction is welcoming and warm. Dr Temple actually cares about my children and you can hear and see it when they interact. We could not be more thrilled with the level of care, compassion and education we receive from Dr. Temple, I feel extremely lucky to have him as our pediatrician. The nurse staff are also amazing and seem to really love kids. I highly recommend Beansprouts.

We’ve gone to Beansprouts for 6 years when it was recommended to us by a friend when we first moved here. We have always been treated well, gotten what we needed for all our children’s illnesses, and my kids don’t mind going to visit the Doctor’s office, because they feel safe and loved there! We really appreciate having Beansprouts nearby, and we are grateful for their good care to keep our kids healthy!!

We’ve been with Beansprout for over 7 years now. I wouldn’t want any other team taking care of our son! They are all truly amazing!

We have seen a few of the Doctors at Beansprouts between both of my kids. Everyone, including the nurses and front desk staff, have been wonderful to work with. They take time to explain vaccinations, aren't pushy, and get you in really quick if your kids are sick. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

Love, love, love! The whole staff is great. From the moment you book your appointment until you leave the office. Dr. Brown is so good with my 3 girls and very knowledgeable. She could even distinguish my twins after the 2nd office visit! She answers all my questions and always gives us her full attention when we are there. The nurses are also very helpful and I couldn't ask for more.

We moved to Austin pregnant with our 5th child 8 years ago. Given the amount of time (and money) I might spend at the pediatrician's office, I wanted to meet with pediatricians BEFORE I found myself needing one. Dr. Grant came highly recommended by a friend and was the only pediatrician that I contacted willing to meet me after hours so I could see if we gelled. She had such a welcoming way, cared so deeply about the kids and our backstory and presented herself so professionally it was super simple to see why she was a fan favorite in my neighborhood. As her practice has grown, our family has fallen head over heals for Dr. Temple, Dr. Brown rocks and we are so excited to meet her 2 latest additions to the Beansprout growing family, I love the walk in hours!!! If you get there at 8:00, you literally walk right in. The nurses are all fantastic. When I have a billing question, they walk me through the crazy world of EOB's patiently and politely. And Laura (Office Manager) asks me questions EVERY single time I see her about how my family is. This team is second to none, People. They are worth the wait when there is one and they will give your family 100%, 100% of the time.

I absolutely love the Dripping Springs team! They are extremely caring and willing to go above and beyond. I drive over an hour to see them because I haven’t found another Drs office that even comes close to them. Dr Brown, and Jen are phenomenal! The nurse staff Challis and Chelsee are the sweetest. They are patient and know my kids by name. Hardly ever a wait get in and get out with accurate diagnosis. They have walk in morning hours, or you’re always able to make a same day sick appointment if needed. You won’t find a better place to take your kids!

We are so grateful that Beansprout now has a Dripping Springs location!! Dr Brown is AWESOME and knows my kids by name. We live much closer to the other office but when we need a same day appointment and can't be very flexible with time, we often choose to drive out to DS to see Dr. Brown! She is totally worth the drive!! She is personable, knowledgable, efficient and just joyful to be around. My kids love her and so do I!!! The office is clean, quick, big and easy and right next to Flores so that makes for a nice treat afterwards. So grateful for another wonderful Beansprout option and the amazing Dr. Brown!!
