I DO NOT RECOMMEND DR. LEWIS FAMILY MEDICINE. Ginger was very rude to my husband and would not let him speak while on the phone. She was argumentative and disrespectful. When my husband asked her name to make a complaint she would not give it to him. Very unprofessional. I had called them back after Ginger abruptly got off the phone, I told a very nice office staff about what happened. and asked for either Dr. Lewis or an Office Manager to please call me so we could discuss what happened. We did not get a phone call back. But several days later we received a letter in the mail from Dr. Lewis that he is "discharging" my husband and will no longer keep him as a patient. Sure, sweep it under the rug, Dr. Lewis. Why bother getting to the bottom of why your patient is unhappy. He didn't bother to tell us why or even have the decency to call us to discuss or hear his side.

office was clean, receptionist greeted me, i registered, within 5 min. i was seen by the assistant for weight, blood pressure, O2 sat and Temp.. He also asked my primary reason for the visit. He told me my BP, Wt., he made me comfortable where i was, he was friendly, and explained everything he did before he did it. He left, the doctor came in with smile and greeted me. On my first visit, he introduced himself, told me about his expertise, and background, then asked me about myself and health issues, he did the Head to Toe exams. explained the plan of care, asked my opinion about each order, he answered all my questions, added more orders, then he suggested the next appt. asked if i have any more Qs or concerns. i was surprised how thorough he was. i would rate him 5*.

Fantastic! Dr. Lewis always gives attention and the office staff goes above and beyond. So thankful for them.

Dr. Lewis prescribed a one pill subscription for a cholesterol medication after seeing his PA for a sore toe. Called the office to question why and never received an explanation or return call.

Love the PA "Kerry" and rarely see Dr. Lewis in his office. Billing is ALWAYS an issue...inconsistent coding for treatment reported to insurance.

I went to see Dr. Lewis for the first time about a month ago. The services I received was excellent from making my appointment to seeing Dr. Lewis. His staff was amazing from check in and checking out everyone was very pleasant. Being a retired healthcare provider myself I must say I have finally found the doctor and staff I've been needing. I definitely give Dr. Lewis and his staff and his office manager Ms. Bell a 5 star. I will definitely be back for all of my healthcare needs! A big thank you to Dr. Lewis, and his wonderful staff! PS: What an amazing Christian Physician! Thank you all!
