I recently moved to DS and have been on a hunt to find a practice that could care for me and my husband's healthcare needs.  My experience from beginning to end was second to none.  Making the appointment was a breeze online and I was greeted  in person with a warm, organized, staff.  I saw Sarah Browning, NP this morning who was very knowledgeable, personable, and efficient.  She took her time and made sure to answer all of my questions while displaying excellent bedside manner!  During the visit I learned that the practice also offers pediatric care which will make it super convenient to bring our teenage kiddos.  Feeling blessed and confident in choosing Premiere Family Physicians in Dripping Springs.

Started seeing Dr. Papendieck and have had nothing but great experiences. Always very friendly and makes visiting the Doctor a breeze. Very nice office and staff has been great! Highly recommended.

Dr. Bobb and his staff are amazing! He’s so smart and kind. I drive in from Manchaca to see him in Drip!

I visited Premier Family Physicians in Dripping Springs yesterday. It was my first visit. It was extremely disappointing. The location of the office is difficult to find. When I arrived there was a sweet older lady in the waiting room and the secretary was dismissive of her questions and condescending. My appointment was with the nurse practitioner. I found that her disposition reflected the same negative condescending attitude that I observed to the sweet older lady in the waiting room. The visit was unhelpful. The nurse was not professional, helpful, or kind. I went to the doctor's office for an allergy infection and they did not help me with medication or a steroid shot, which other doctors have given me in the past. The entire experience was a waste of time. I left feeling disappointed and sad that the front desk treated an elderly lady like she did not matter and the nurse practitioner did not help me at all. I was shocked that this office would treat Dripping Springs customers like that. I like supporting local, but I will never visit this clinic again. I will also tell all of my Dripping Springs friends that they should not visit this doctor's office. I would have given this zero stars, but the lowest option is one star. They did not deserve the one star that they received.

Everyone is nice BUT this is the 4th time I had to wait more than 30 minutes for my doctor to see me. Right now 45 minutes into my appointment time still no signs of him coming. It's very frustrating. I will not come here again.

***Please note that all the 5 star reviews are from people with few reviews.*** Probably employees or owners of this practice.My mother sees Dr. Sharman, and as I write this my sister and I are looking for another Dr for her. My mother doesn't know how to use their portal, so she has to phone their office and she tells me the hold time is sometimes an hour. Last time I was in there trying to help my mom work something out with the front staff (who can be uncaring) after her appointment, one of the women literally told me to go home and log into the portal and send my questions there. My mother and I were standing right there in the office! They don't care. On the last few appointments where I've gone in with my mother, I've asked Dr. Sharman about less invasive treatments for mom's condition (a fairly common disease) that have been featured in medical journals, he admits never having heard of these methods and discourages us from reading and researching. How can anyone trust his advice if he's not even keeping up with medical advancements and reading peer-reviewed research? He laughed at my mother when she said she had figured out a few diet modifications that were helping her. She wasn't saying she would stop her meds, just that she felt better. He scoffed. My sister and I switch off taking my mother to her appointments, and her experience has been even worse. Luckily for Dr. Sharman, my sister doesn't have a Yelp account.Dr. Sharman is incompetent and lazy. He's your typical script writing kind of doc who doesn't care about his patients, just the money. My sister and I are looking for another doctor who can take better care of my mom.

Dr. Amjadi is my new favorite. I usually avoid doctor appointments as long as possible due to regular run ins with incompetent staff members. I had my first appointment at PFP today, which came highly recommended by two of my co-workers, and I couldn't be more pleased. I'm used to doctors always being super late then rushing through my appointment. I didn't run into any of that here. The staff was super friendly and knew what they were doing and my doctor was very nice and took the time to get to know me. Looking forward to my next visit!
