Doctor Lagan’s staff was amazing at getting me in on an emergency basis. Dr. Lagan’s demeanor was amazing. He has a way of keeping you calm, relaxed, all while answering a million questions. He is very aware of a patient’s time. Great communicator!

I've had 2 surgeries one on each hand. I am now pain free. I really like the Physician Assistant, he is very knowledgeable as well. I highly recommend Dr. Lagan. My husband has had surgery there as well with great success.

DON'T GO HERE. THEY TELL YOU ONE THING. THEN THEY GIVE YOU THE RUNAROUND. THEY NEVER RETURN YOUR CALLS. I AM FROM OUT OF TOWN AND WAS IN NEED OF A DR. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE BEEN TO YET!!!!!!!!!

Left messages 3 times over a 4 day period and never received a call back. Had an issue with my knee that I had dislocated a short time ago and he had instructed me to do therapy. This caused major pain and swelling all the way to my toes. Unfortunately I had to make arrangements with another specialist because he would not return my calls.Will not go back nor refer.To your response below,Although that is not how the events took place, I do appreciate the apology.

Went to him due to location and not wanting to drive to Amarillo. Mixed review...first injury things were ok. Second injury was sports related and he was unprofessional and bashed other professionals in the medical field. Raised his voice and a person we knew in the waiting room commented that they could hear him. Very unprofessional. May be a good doctor, but I do not recommend for athletes and we will be going to Amarillo in the future to actual sports medicine orthopedics(Parker/Barnhill)

Amazing surgeon, great bedside manner. He performed a total knee replacement on my father. I’m a nurse with 10+ years experience in ortho and I’ve never seen a knee look this good post op before. I would recomend him to everyone!!!

We are spending the summer in Eagle Nest, New Mexico, and found it very difficult to find any medical providers (except for ER and urgent care services) that would accept my HMO insurance. I needed to have an orthopedic evaluation and had to extend my search to other states. Thankfully, I found Dr.Lagan's practice in Dumas, Texas, who would accept my insurance. As it turned out, the four-hour drive was well-worth it. Dr. Lagan and his staff were exceptional.
