I’ve lived with my grandma my whole life. I’m on her insurance on her everything! She is my guardian. I have severe foot pain so my doctor sent me to this place. The nurse at the front counter was extremely rude and spoke to me like I was a dog. She said they were going to send me away. Because my grandmother had not brought legal forms of her guardianship to me. Note that no one has ever asked for the forms before, not my neurologist appointments, not my orthodontist appointments. It was ridiculous. I had been waiting and hurting so badly! And she (the front desk nurse) stood up and yelled in my face. It was truly an awful experience. I would rate zero stars.

I truly recommend to visit Dr Higgins office for ankle or foot.I had the most wonderful awesome experience with the nurse upfront and the nurse Irene she was so nice to me even holding my hands for my injection.Dr Eric Higgins was very nice and very informative about what I was going thru and caring.Thank you first time I’ve met personall so caring people.
