Jordan Mitchell's Online Review Report Card

I really appreciate Dr. Jester and his professionalism. He took me seriously when I called about breast problems and referred me to a specialist to find answers and if they can’t help to come back and he’ll try his best to help me figure it out.There was one receptionist that was completely rude and condescending. She was very unprofessional. The rest of the staff is great though.

I loved the staff and Dr.Jester was super nice if I didn't lived in Amarillo I definitely would've stayed

Horrible doctor told me I was to fat and that there wasn't a hospital bed that could hold me

Dr. Mitchell is the best!!! she is so easy to talk to and has made every visit so easy. Her front desk, and nurses are really great as well, I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

Dr. Mitchell is awesome doctor and an expert ob/gyn. She helped delivering my baby in April 2018 and I found her very comforting and friendly every time I visited her. She is very sweet and soft spoken which makes me very comfortable to ask my questions.I could not have been in better hands than her. She ensured to visit me everyday until I got discharged from hospital. Her staff is also very courteous and friendly. I highly recommend her for any ob/gyn needs.

Very caring and compassionate. Had to have my appointment rescheduled once, but I understand that's the nature of the baby business and I would want her to do the same for me when it's my time to deliver. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great on/gyn.

Dr. MItchell is a God send for our family. Without her expertise , patience, and dedication, we would never have brought home our precious three month old baby girl. If anyone has an issue with Dr MItchell, that person seriously needs to conduct a self evaluation. She is so precious to so many of her patients and we owe her eternal gratitude that we’ve been able to have a baby!

This is my first pregnancy and I would not recommend this office. The office manager Cindy is so rude and very unprofessional. They re-drew labs after I told them i already had them done and are now charging me $135 for it. Dr. Mitchell was always late to my appointments and made me reschedule 3 out of 4 times. I stopped going after she blurted out the gender after we told her not to tell us cause we spent over $1000 on a gender reveal party. All she said was oops I'm sorry.

I love Dr. Mitchell. She's personable, caring, and you can tell she loves her job and her patients. In the 2.5 years I have been going to her, I have never had any issues with the office staff or accounting department (2 different insurances during that time, as well). Everyone including Dr. Mitchell have been attentive, professional, and sweet. I would recommend her to everyone!
