Not what it used to be.

Dr. Peterson and his professional team provided the most extraordinary eye care I’ve ever had the pleasure and opportunity of going to year after year. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The prices of the eyeglasses are competitive and affordable. If you are seeking eye care professionals who provide excellent quality customer service then there is no need to look any further. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Front desk staff is warm and welcoming. Dr Peterson not so much. He doesn't speak when he walks in the room until you say something to him. Came for my son's appointment and he never acknowledged me until I said good morning to him. He only spoke to my 10 year old although I was in the room. He told my son his prescription changed but he never asked if I had any questions or explained changes in prescription since last visit. I feel he knows his job but he needs to work on his customer service and connection w his patients. I've been here a couple times just giving the benefit of the doubt that he may not be having a good day or he is busy. But seems as if this is his personality . This is just not the fit for me and will find another doctor .

I called this Facility and first off they picked up never saying the business name nor asked me to hold, just heard music playing, second they put me on hold for almost 7 minutes, Finally she gets on the phone I asked do your place of business take WellCare Medicare? Was told no then ok I hang up.ok I called back because I remembered that I have Medicaid as well so I call back to see if I could get seen with that program and was told sure but only for the exam only it will not cover the glasses? What type of place is this. Medicaid says if they take traditional Medicaid it will cover glasses, contacts, exam once a year. So someone has their information wrong.

Great optometrist, lots too choose from. Good prices, fast service, great staff 👍

If I could leave zero stars I would. First of all let me just say I’m not one to leave a negative review for anyone but the staff at this place is just awful. Started with being misquoted on what I would owe for my exam and contacts. I do not have insurance so there should be NO MISTAKE on what I owe ended up having to pay an extra 140 on top of the 200 something I already paid to get my contacts. They should of honored what I was told if it was a mistake by a staff member. Second I go in to pick my contacts up and I’m told I am required to wear a mask. Okay fine I get it some places are still requiring it even though that is no longer the law. I ask may I get a mask I do not have one and I am just grabbing my contacts and leaving. I was told I can have a mask for a dollar! This money hungry place sickens me. I work in dental care and when our offices required masks we provided to anyone that needed one for FREE. Do not give this place your business.

I scheduled appointment online and received call from office stating I scheduled an 8pm appointment and they are not open at that time. I informed Daisy I scheduled a 3:30 appointment and 8 pm was not an option, the clinic is not open at 8pm and I would never visit an optometrist or physician office at 8pm. I was informed the 3:30 OM I selected was no longer available it was given to another patient earlier in the day. I was told I could come at an earlier time, which if I wanted to come at an earlier time I would have scheduled earlier. I was told I could schedule for the following month. I requested to speak with Dr. Peterson and was told to give him feedback I was told he would call me back. I received call 2 days later and I must say now I understand the level of professionalism from staff the Apple doesn’t fal to far from the tree. Dr. Peterson was unprofessional, argumentative, rude an lacked concern or empathy and was unapologetic, for this reason I will never allow this clinic to serve me, my family members or co- workers. I drive from Arkansas to Duncanville because I appreciate the great customer service, the individual attention I receive for picking out frames that fit my personality. I’m limited because of the strength of my prescription but Dr Peterson always have just the right glasses for me. I highly recommend him.
