Everyone here is very nice, facility is clean and nice, no complaints there. However I had an appointment that was scheduled in May and told The soonest I could be seeing was October. That's fine. I waited. I did what I was told I fasted and took my usual medications in the morning. Then, I was told I couldn't get my blood drawn because of a vitamin that my pcp told me to take with my daily meds while I wait to bee seen for the problem I'm here for. So I waited 5 months to spend way more time filling out paperwork than even talking to the doc And was charged 200 DOLLARS to be told to get my blood drawn somewhere else. I understand that my insurance sets the rate for what I pay for copay, but whatever you guys are charging for it to still be 200 dollars for what amounts to an extensive paperwork session is ridiculous. Please. In the future, tell your patients what vitamins and prescribed supplements they should not take so their time and money isn't wasted.
