I had to go to 3 different places to do a drug test and had to wait until they wanted lost 4 hours

Not impressed with services rendered. As a first time customer, I chose this medical facility because of proximity. They have unprofessional staff members who's characters and demeanor is more fitting for a 'Hit'em up' club. Next time, I would rather drive a little farther to take care of any such medical needs.

Everyone was very friendly, professional, and helpful. From the receptionist, my tech, Tiffany, to the doctor, they all made it a quick, painless, and pleasant experience. Thank you so much.

The clinic and lab took over three weeks to process everything for me because they couldn't communicate between eachother and had my doctors office send in the same paperwork multiple times and rarely reached out to me to inform me of things needing to be done on my part to get the process finished. One worker at the clinic had horrible customer service and seemed to have some personal issues and possibly hate their life and took it out on me in a way, giving me attitude for no reason..

Went to this place on yesterday lady at front desk was nice then gets called to the back by this chick who must thought she was all that urine in my sample cup sign paperwork for my urine sample then she tells me it has no smell so I gotta do it again well dumbfounded woman a person who drinks water sometimes doesn’t have a smell maybe u should go back to school but I will be reaching out to my lawyer this is very unprofessional this could cost folks their careers

I am very displeased with the service I received by a particular technician. She was very rude and unwelcoming. Made me wait to take my urine sample again because it didn’t have a smell which is new to me. Waited to retake test, once I was ready technician went to lunch and no one could assist me. I was them force to receive a refusal. Ask my employer to resend screening and I was told the new screening request was expired. I have never had this much trouble submitting a drug test. I will be reaching out to corporate.

Very poor service. I needed a tetanus shot and they didn't have any that day. They told me to come back a week and a half later to get one, at which point it would have been too late if I actually did have tetanus. They also drew my blood to run labs and then never sent them in and were never able to give me any results. So essentially they did absolutely nothing to help me and it was a complete waste of time for me to go in and see them. Not happy.
