List of Physician Partners Of America's Reviews
The last time I had an appointment, the bathroom was so dirty I cleaned it before I would use it. This was NOT on the clinic-i blame the patients for this area. It’s pretty bad when our own peers cannot clean up behind themselves. I was totally appalled by the behavior of my peers who attend this clinic. Shame on us-I believe we can all do better and should all be put on notice about our own bathroom we all share. These Drs., you never see the Drs. and the assistants who do see you after waiting forever to see them, treat patients with total disregard and even lie about interactions with patients. They are in it got the money snd not the patients at all. They are rude and inconsiderate of the patients at most times.
Beware! My doctor required cash only payments unless you were covered under his insurance plans. After he retired I moved to another provider outside Physician Partners Group. Almost a year later they are calling me demanding payment! Of course I have no records/receipts of the cash transaction. Payment is demanded or they will turn me over to collections! All the good doctors have left, there are many other professional center available. My advise, is to find another medical provider!
Dr. Brian Wiley is a great doctor , great staff everybodys wonderful.
Customer service is great
They took my review down........please do yourself a favor, and do not go here!
Dr. Wiley is not licensed to subscribe Soboxin the only pain drug that works and is not terribly addictive. If you allow him to get you hooked on Methadone and hydrocodone you will be very sorry. His office staff is not competent in calling in refills, communicating and my result was a nightmare situation of my life for several years. I considered suicide it was so bad. After every monthly visit I was on the phone trying to contact the Dr. office telling them once again days later the medicine was not called in to the pharmacy or incorrectly called in. No exaggeration, they may have got it right twice in all the years. That meant withdrawal, pain and I lost two jobs, unable to work, on the phone leaving messages begging the nurses to call back. My advise STAY AWAY FROM this doctor and worse his front office staff if you value your peace of mind.
PLEASE HAVE CLINIC CONRACT ASAP THANKS SO MUCH LOOK FORWARD TO HERE FROM SOMEONE SOON..
I really appreciate the entire staff for being so professional, polite, courteous, friendly, kind altitude, knowledgeable and goes beyond the call of duty for helping each patient and caring as well as going beyond the call of duty. Always being on time and taking an interest about your help and willingness to engage and helping patients and assist with getting in and out and being on time. Keep up the good work. The location is excellent and they listen to your concern no matter how small or large.
This place is the worst place I've ever been from the time I started going here until now I have been made to feel belittled like a addict being told I have something in my system that I know can't be true and not having something in my system that I know should be there, These people will have you feeling crazy as hell.
This is a place where you feel welcome as soon you enter the office you are greeted with good after noon and how may i help you and with a happy smile it’s very clean and all the staff is always helpful

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
