Best doctor ever ! Helped. Me through a major medical cris !

It was my first time there a few days ago, I walked in desperate for help crying and the nicest women Nurse Melissa helped me. She got me a appointment later on that week and on my appointment day her and Dr. Carter made me feel so welcome and like I was in the right place. They took great care of me and i have definitely found my permanent dermatologist. Dr. CZuleusta has been my doctor for over 12 years… And he is fantastic! When you were in there, he gives you all the time you need… And does not make you feel rushed at all! I’ll never go anywhere else!

Great doctors and staff, just horrible appointment times available.

I really really like Dr. Czelusta, but the staff is horrible. Every time I call I'm placed on very long holds one time it was for 15 minutes. I hung up and called again and informed her that I was placed on such a long hold to which she said NOTHING! No apologies, no explanation, NOTHING. I’ve been there before and trust me there are no long lines or a huge crowd. I don’t get why I’m placed on long holds AS SOON AS THE CALL IS PICKED UP. I've been calling for two days now to get a refill on my medication, and the nurse is not calling me back even after leaving many voicemails. I asked the receptionist if she can assist because my condition was worsening and she lied about putting me on hold and just transferred me to a voicemail. I immediately called again to ask for assistance and with a bit of an attitude she said to just keep calling the nurse, but she did not inform me they were closing in just two hours. My condition is worsening and now I have to go without any medication for 5 days now because they are CLOSED on the weekends. GREAT. After paying an arm and a leg here I thought I would get treated a bit better, but I was wrong. Also, yes I sound frustrated in my review, but I was very nice with all the staff for every conversation. Why do people work in customer service if they can’t stand people?! Ugh. The excellent dr I have no complaints about him, it really looks like he knows his job well. BUT unfortunately their reception staff very poorly educated especially the two girls from the front, even making bullying, it made me angry because I even thought to sue these two girls for the mistreatment but unfortunately there are very toxic people. I’m sorry for you dr. Adam, it is so sad and not good to be surrounded by people who take away their clientele with the mistreatments. Kind & took his time. Never appeared to be rushing the Appointment

Dr. Czelusta was very cordial and kind. He removed a small growth on my scalp. I did not even feel it. Was fast and painless. Office called me in a very timely manner too with my results of the biopsy/removal. Very satisfied. Would definitely go back.

I was looking for a new dermatologist close to home, after reading reviews online I decided to give them a call. Press option 2 to schedule an appointment, was put on hold without asking or saying anything, (on hold for 34 min) never picked up. Called again, same issue (on hold 25 min) never answered, called again someone answered and asked to hold. I guess they don't need new patients...
