After I had waited in his office for over 1 hour, finally Dr. Earl Mangin showed up and spent about 1 minute with me and said "you are good to go". My insurance covered all tests, and I paid $55 copay that day, but today his office call me for another $55. I paid him again, but I don't understand why I need to pay double copay for a 1 minute meeting.

Dr. Mangin replaced aortic valve in my 95 yr old dad. Very successful surgery. Made the me very comfortable pre-surgery with the risks/benefits and procedure. He has a strong support team.

Made me wait a ridiculous amount of time, was extremely late. Then I could hear him yelling in an unprofessional manner at staff and then only spent a few minutes with me after all of that. Did not feel like I was being listened to either. Staff were great but need to talk a little quieter. We could hear things that we had no business knowing.
