Worst Doctor's office I was EVER in. The staff is very rude and have NO compassion for patients. They never answer phone. It goes to voice mail and then they don't call back. When I showed up asking to be seen, she told me she could schedule an appt. for 3 weeks from now. I was very sick with asthmatic bronchitis and needed help Now , not 3 weeks from now. Very Unprofessional. I would never refer anyone to this office.

Do not use this Doctor! I was admitted to Memorial Hermann, Sugar Land, Tx. by my regular Dr. on Fri. I was seen by this Dr. on the following Monday (as he is on staff there). Never saw him before in my life when he took over my case! He's a regular Ambulance chaser! He kept me in the hospital an extra day for no reason according to my regular Dr. This is real problem when you go into a hospital and so called Hospitalists take over!

Nice doc. Office staff very incompetent. Extremely bad experience. Didn't get my meds called in for 4 days. Messed up days for medical procedure and didn't call. I am a professional and none of this was handled professionally. I will find another doc.

I want to start off by saying this office and Dr. Desai are the BEST! The Doctor is always on time ! His staff is great , they answer all your questions and call you back promptly ! The office itself is beautiful and clean it makes me feel at home. Highly recommend this Doctor!

I would switch pulmonologist even if I moved. Dr Desai is very knowledgeable and his bedside care is phenomenal. He's very patience and listens. #1 Pulmonologist in Sugarland!
