He arrived an hour later from my appointment. Once he arrived to see me,he received a phone call and was talking on the phone while I was just laying there. And didn’t seem to care, he was a bit harsh with my Pap smear and didn’t seem to care. Walked out the room asking what pharmacy I use. So unprofessional of himself….

I was hesitant to visit a male gyno because I’ve only ever trusted women to understand and advise me on my reproductive health. But I don’t know of any in this area so I came to Dr. Aguayo because of these reviews. However, my experience with Dr. Aguayo was an unpleasant one. He didn’t seem to care much about my concerns, hence he didn’t properly address them either. I left with more questions than I entered with. I know Pap smears aren’t the most comfortable experiences, but his lack of attention left me feeling more uncomfortable than normal. He could clearly tell I was in distress during the process but didn’t say or do anything to relieve me. It seemed he was just trying to get my visit over with as quickly as possible. I left an extra star for all the women I spoke to prior to my meeting with him. With the exception of the lady I spoke to at finance, they were absolutely lovely and I wish my discussion with Dr. Aguayo could have felt as easy as it was speaking with them. I was greeted and guided at the door. Also, the patient registration process and medical history inquiry went very smoothly.

Dr Aguayo is a very good Dr he takes the time to explain you whats going on with your health, if you have any questions you can always ask him and he will give you an answer, he makes you feel very comfortable in your visits, i personally took care of my 2 pregnancy's with him and i will do it again, i think by my experience he is one of the best OB/GYN Drs in EP. He always thinks on whats better for the patient. we Thank you Dr for been in town to provide health care on out community.

He has a very rough bed side manner. I had a hysterectomy and only one of my ovaries should have been removed but took it upon himself to remove both. Afterwards he didn’t leave someone thing to drain excess fluid. I returned to ER when my incision started bleeding and he cut the stitches and started squeezing my incision. He listed my er visit as something else, no that I had a blood clot which was what he said caused the bleeding. Prior to the hysterectomy, I’d gone to see him due to severe abdominal pain and when he was doing my exam he started pressing down really hard on the area I told him was tender and asked me to remove my hands when I tried to push his away.
