This place deserves zero stars! I have been trying to get lab results and prescription for over 2 months. It is very hard to get someone to answer the call and actually assist. I would get transferred to the nurse station and they NEVER answered, I left multiple voice-mail and my call was never returned. I had to go in person and request a telemed consult and to top it off the provider never called. Worst patien care aver!

Made my son wait 3 1/2 hours and when asked if they had an estimated time to call him in they told us the xray tech had left for the day. They had already charged me for visit..

Mrs. Medina, NP is great but the front staff is terrible. They don't seem to know what they are doing, unprofessional, definitely not licensed clinicians. I have a prescription needing corrections and pharmacy and I have been trying to reach someone and lines just ring and ring.Staff are unprofessional especially Jeanette. Crystal Medical Assistants are very ignorant and rude. This is one of the worst clinics I have ever been to.

DO NOT COME HERE! Worst with it all! Wait times, appointments, prescriptions, cleanliness, diagnosing. Very unsafe! And I’ve seen several providers here. They even schedule for “telehealth” and never call you. If you need care that is correct and a dr that cares. Choose elsewhere because they are so unorganized and have way too much on their plate here! Staff is rude and don’t care. and providers are incompetent and don’t take their time to care for the pt enough to assess. I don’t know how they have many offices. TRULY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE.

Waiting for 3 hours in the lobby and the doctor took forever to see me in the room nurses have a horrible attitude if they don't like it's there fault not the patients and they take out there frustration on the patients

Pues yo doy mis 5 estrellas porque ahora tienen nuevo personal y muy profesional y puedes ir a consulta después de trabajo,no tardan tanto en pasarte,muy amable personal,hace unos ańos,no podía decir lo mismo,pero a cambiado todo,les recomiendo mucho al Dr Mario Rodriguez y la Dra Chris,y verán que se quedarán como toda mi fam ahí ah!….no tienes que ir a lab a otro lugar,ahí mismo tienen todo!🤗
