Doctor took care of me twice. Excellent professional. Also my father in law had two cataract surgeries. No problems..the old man has 20-20 vision again...94 years old. Thank you doctor.

The dr is good but her staff is not.. they really need to work on being courteous and polite to the patients they talk to you like they hate their jobs and are just there to collect a paycheck.. theres only 1 person who i believe is the only male worker there is ALWAYS courteous and polite.. they really should have him train all these other employees to be the same.. so 5 stars to him and 0 for the rest of the staff

HORRIBLE doctor. I went to this location because there is a meaty bulge growing on the side of my eye. It hurts and it is starting to obstruct my eye sight. Not to mention that my eyesight is not great to top it off. Now I came to this doctor and to begin with, the place was PACT. Not one care against COVID was taken here. Second, when they “checked” my eyes they dropped several eye dilating drops in my eye. Even after I told the doctor that she had already poured several drops, she kept pouring them onto my eyes. Third, when I tried telling the doctor of my issue, she said that I had nothing. Despite me showing her the meaty thing on my eye. She said that I had 20-20 vision which was a complete lie because 1). She didn’t even bother to check my eyesight and 2). I was prescribed glasses just recently. Horrible service and everyone, EVERYONE was completely rude and disrespectful. Please avoid this doctor at all costs. They’re not worth it!

I went to Dr. Desai with a detached retina on a Monday. She did emergency surgery on Thursday. Dr. Desai is an excellent surgeon and saved my eyesight. We drive an hour one way to her office. Yes it’s always busy in her office and we have to wait. It’s worth it because she is a good doctor and people know that. I would recommend Dr. Desai 100%. She is a no nonsense person and some people may not like that but I want a doctor who is honest.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! If It was up to me they don't even deserve the one star review. From the specialist to the RUDE office staff worker. Unfortunately it was my son's first visit in this unprofessional office. From entering the lobby filled with people inside I couldn't believe it was packed. So the altercation started by the office worker..she rudely told me to go talk on my phone outside in the lobby, which by the way I was on the phone with my son's optometrist in the hall getting some steps on how they dilate his eyes because he's very sensitive...PLUS these unprofessional people didn't see the notes on the referral on how to apply his drops. I stated to her that instead of her being worried of me being on my phone speaking to my son's optometrist she should be concerned of the patients inside the rooms with the doors wide open plus I got to listen to everyone's diagnosis plus treatment! I couldn't believe this at all!! OBVIOUSLY THEY'RE LACKING HIPPA TRAINING AND PATIENTS PRIVACY! Then the so called " specialist " walks in our room and she's rudely telling me to tell my optometrist to get my son's dilate indications in WRITING! Desai and the office worker we're extremely RUDE,UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL, THEY LACK ALOT OF TRAINING IN EVERYTHING! INCOMPETENT THESE 2! SO I decided to not continue the appointment in there any longer, as my son and I were exiting the room DESAI AND THE OFFICE WORKER WERE LAUGHING AT THE SITUATION...IT'S SAD THAT THIS DR SUPPOSEDLY IS VERY WELL EDUCATED AND SHE SHOWED HER LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM DURING THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. PEOPLE ! Save your time and privacy and go somewhere else where they will treat you with professionalism.

AVOID this place if you value your TIME and HEALTH! If you do go, then don't count on them keeping your appointment. You will ALMOST CERTAINLY wind up waiting a very, very long time to be seen. And when you are seen, finally, it will likely be by INCOMPETENT nurses! They didn't even know how to properly dilate my daughters eyes!!! Yes, you read that right! This practice has only one doctor and is supported by a staff that doesn't talk to each other, and the doctor doesn't care. If you try to reschedule your appointment, they will demand that you stay for 15 minutes first. Bottom line: Rubbish doctor. Rubbish staff. Rubbish quality of care.

Had an appt today but wow... a very rude front desk person. I wonder how many people she has made to turn around and leave....professionalism and ethics at first glance tells you everything. I'm sure, the Dr is great but....

I had a recent complicated cataract surgery with lens implant on this specialist doctor..and had a very very good experience ..i will definetly recommend this doctor to anybody... ..

Dr. Desai is a fantastic doctor. She really cares about doing the best she can do to get your eyes well. Highly recommend her.
