Thiendella Diagne's Online Review Report Card

In just a year difference so much has changed. Had my first daughter during pandemic and still got amazing service. Now even with appointments, waits are so long. Any time you call for something they never call back. Before you ALWAYS saw an MD and ive gone several times in the past two months and the PA doesnt even remember who you are. Dr. Colmenares is no longer there so just one MD and PA and non of which bother trying to establish a relationship with the patient. Disappointing because it was never like this before.

So far, the best OB in the valley for me. Thanks to the recommendation of my friends. Sad that we have to move to another place but I would like to once again thank Dr. Diagne and his staff for their excellent service.

I was recommended to Dr Diagne (pronounced "Jan") by my sister & I'm so grateful that he turned out to be way more than I expected. Dr Diagne has been one of the best ObGyn's I've ever had, showing tremendous care, interest, & genuine concern for me as his patient. He's very thorough in his exam, explains everything to where I can understand, & makes me feel safe & comfortable around him. He recently performed a hysterectomy on me at Edinburg Regional & I wasn't surprised that the hospital staff gushed to me about my doctor, saying that "He's amazing" and that "He really cares for his patients". Highly recommend him to anyone looking for that diamond in the rough type doctor, because he's definitely it.

I love De Diagne! He is very good doctor. He was my doctor for all three of my pregnancies. I recommend him for anyone trying or needs an OBGYN. He will give you all of his attention when it comes to your appointment. Thank you Dr Diagne for my beautiful babies.

As a labor and delivery nurse, I am very familiar with a number of OBGYNs. From the outset, I knew that I was in the very best hands with Dr. Diagne. During my high risk pregnancy, he always took the time (certainly more time than any physician I’ve dealt with in ANY field) to care for me. He never dismissed any issues I was having during the pregnancy and he always took the time to reassure and explain, which is worth everything to a first time mom. His midwife is extremely accessible and friendly, so I felt very well cared for throughout the process. The doctor and midwife were superstars during the delivery. I can’t recommend enough. If you’re reading this and thinking about who to entrust your OBGYN needs to, he is an extremely knowledgeable and compassionate provider. You won’t just be a number to him. You won’t regret your decision.

Terrible customer service! As soon as my boyfriend and I walked in we were not greeted pleasantly. We were stared down upon and my boyfriend even heard an employee mumble something under her breath as we entered. We then were told my boyfriend couldn't be present due to covid19. Being as though I came in as a new patient I was never told this information while setting up my appt over the phone (I mean where's the logic in that? I'm pretty sure all staff at this facility go to restaurant's and stores daily as well as all other clinics DO allow the father to atleast be in the room). On top of that the lady at the front desk didn't even schedule my appt. day properly. Then as I'm speaking to one staff ANOTHER employee chimes in. I then am told bc they could not find my info in the system I'd have to wait TWO WEEKS to reschedule. Which was a bunch of bull and made no sense because turns out my insurance was indeed ACTIVE! and could be used right away. We have lives and jobs and had to make time out of the day to attend this appt. just to be turned away. I honestly felt like we were being discriminated against or either this woman didn't want to do her job. But I'm glad god redirected my family and I to another clinic because we felt a bad vibe as soon as we arrived.

Dr Diagne is an amazing doctor. I did my OBGYN rotation with him as a medical student and I really learned a lot.He’s very attentive to his patients, cares a lot for them and carries them along in the diagnosis and treatment.He’s a doctor I would definitely recommend.
