Anna Drosou's Online Review Report Card

My experience with Dr. Drosou and the entire staff at DermSurgery was excellent. I had Mohs surgery in two locations on my face on the same day. I was terrified, but Dr. Drosou and her entire staff made me more comfortable than I could have ever imagined. Dr. Drosou did an excellent job on my surgery. Highly recommend!

I love Dr Drosou! As someone with a family history of skin cancer, I go annually for a full body dermatology visit. She is by far the most thorough dermatologist I've ever seen in my life. She takes her time, doesn't rush you in & out & her assistant is just as fantastic.

Called to schedule an appt for my step father, who is deaf. He was referred by his PCP. I told the schedule taker that he is deaf and would require an interpreter. I was informed the office does not provide that he would need to bring his own. Even after asking for clarification - that per the ADA - a patient is entitled to medical interpretation - she still stated that the office does not provide that. If you are deaf - I do not recommend wasting your time. They only cater to the privileged (aka: hearing) population.

Prior to my parents visit, I called 3 times the office to make sure their insurance cards were accepted at the office and I was told that yes, the office visit is for sure covered. My parents went there today for their visit to just find out that the office visit was not covered either. When I called back the office to ask why that happened they only said :”oh we don’t except that insurance”. Then why did I waste my time to call them 3 times and give them all the insurance info? Why could they not check before the visit and why they told me the visit is covered? I don’t know how the doctor is since my parents didn’t get to see her but needless to say we will not go back to that office due to unprofessional and inapt staff.

I have recently had an appointment with Dr. Drosou and I was extremely impressed with my visit. Dr. Drosou is not only knowledgeable, but she also has a warm and curteous bedside manner. She quickly and accurately addressed and diagnosed my issue and devised an effective treatment plan. Her office was comfortable, clean, there was little to no wait, and the staff was nice. Overall, I would have to rate this as one of my best office visits to date!

This is one of the most effeciently run Dr.'s offices I've been to (and I'm 56!) Everyone I interacted with in this office, from the receptionist, to the nurse, to the doctor, was helpful. The nurse I had gave me all the information I needed to know after my procedure and told me what to expect. Dr. Drosou had a very gentle demeanor, which is a good thing! I would feel completely comfortable returning for a full body check (I had skin cancer) I would recommend this Doctor to anyone looking for a good dermatologist!

Scarred for life from a cyst removal. I went to a plastic surgeon and had another removed with no scar. HORRIBLE

Too many bookings for the same time period. One hour and a half wait time. Unacceptable. Staff very polite.

Our twin 2 1/2 year olds have been seeing Dr. Drosou for over 6 months. Bot the twins and us as parents are very happy with Dr Drosou for both her friendly and caring attitude and for her accuracy and expertise in diagnosis and treatment. Although both twins have had very uncomfortable treatments for a skin condition, they have been willing to continue with the treatments because of the way Dr Drosou handles the situation.
