My visits at Berkley are always great! The front end assistants are always so helpful informing me about what my insurance covers, and making sure I understand everything. I've been going to Dr. Karl Ermis since I was a litte girl and he's wonderful. He's friendly and always answers questions thoroughly. Maria Puentes is always great to see, she's so helpful and awesome! She always makes picking out new glasses fun. Thank you Berkeley El Campo Eye Center for always giving a great experience! It was really great. Maria was super friendly and fun. she also helped with my VPS insurance claim on my glasses as for some reason my insurance wouldn't show up. She called them to confirm. Nice selection of frames as well as nice staff all around. Dr Ermis was also great. Olivia W.

I always have a really good experience with the whole office personnel in Dr Ermis office. Everybody including Sheila, Kim, Diana, the lady that did my initial exam and the billing clerk (sorry forgot their names), Joselyn in the Optical Shop and especially Dr Karl Ermis and his assistant. They were all very friendly, professional, kind and informative. Wait time minimal as usual. Joselyn was especially informative in what my options were thru insurance and what extras were available with my selection of glasses and contacts. It is a shame that a wonderful doctor such as Dr. Karl Ermis is surrounded by people that just don't care about customer service.... please hire better employees.

Dr. Karl Ermis & his staff make the eye examination easy. Have been going to him for several years and have always been happy with their expert service! Was very happy with the service I received at the eye center for my frames & lenses. I am a long-time "patient" at El Campo Eye Center. I have a yearly scheduled eye exam with Dr. Karl Ermis and usually always need some "fine tuning" on my prescription eyewear which I obtain at the optical department in the clinic.
