Dr. Escontrias listens when a patient speaks, takes into consideration past procedures, and thinks outside the box when coming up with a treatment plan. His execution of the treatment plan is precise and worth any wait time. I wish I would have gone to him years ago. I have had injuries and pain for 13 years and Dr. Escontrias' treatment has increased my quality of life a thousand fold.

Dr. Escontrias is a blessing to pain patients in San Antonio. He is very well-informed on all the latest treatments and medications for chronic pain. He suggests anything he thinks might be helpful from procedures to medication to natural remedies and exercise. He is non-judgmental and extremely patient in trying to find solutions. I never feel like a paycheck to him. My visits are never rushed. He listens and respects my input. I have had bad luck in the past and am so thankful to have found a partner in treating my chronic pain.
